I personally always thought the reason socks walks on all four is because that is just what you dogs do in the bluey universe similar to how babies will walk on all fours
That's what a lot of people, including I thought, but for some reason, Bluey and the other kids are shown crawling like human babies when they were little. But yeah, the way the Bluey universe works isn't always consistent lol.
I kindly disagree with this. I think Socks has some condition, kinda like what the video said. Because in the season two episode “Baby race” the baby's had to learn how to crawl, so I don't think it's would be a thing that the dogs would know how to do right away. And in season one Socks was just one year old. So you see what I'm saying. Thanks for taking your time to read this. Bye!
I heard or read something that said the characters walked in “Baby Race” to make it seem more accurate to real people, I guess? ...but they usually *would* have to learn how to walk on two legs, talk, etc.
I found that theres actually an Undertale reference in the episode The Sleepover, one of the plushies looks exactly like Sans and when i saw it i just started wheezing

Here's a deep ut for you: Indy's mother is Orthorexic, and shes forcing her disordered eating on her daughter. This plays out in the episode "Tooth Fairy". Also it seems like Indy is a bit neglected, shes quite thin looking, and her mother didnt give her any money for the fair which meant they couldn't ride the ponies. Indy's little sister was born prematurely, which seems to have been particularly traumatic for her mother (understandably) and this may be why Indy seems so neglected and why her mother obsesses over chemicals, gluten, and sugar.
Looking a bit too deep into it, mate. A lot of parents, especially mothers, have become much more conscious about whats in food and what those chemicals can do. As for not having any money for the rides, they are hippies. It wasnt so much meant to point out that they were broke, just meant to help push the plot along. Bluey just wanted to be able to do something WITH Indy, and that meant having to add that Indy had to have a reason she couldnt join.
First, that episode is actually called “Markets” not tooth fairy, second, if Indie looks thinner it is because the breed of dog she is designed to look like is thin, third, you say ‘she seems to be traumatized’ but we haven’t seen Indie’s sister on screen, and have seen nothing about how her mother felt about her premature birth. I feel like trying to make all these things depressing and scary is really going against the normalization that episodes like Early baby are trying to accomplish.
however, indy’s breed is very prone to allergies and sensitivities!l this could be why, because bluey loves to add details like that into the show. the breeds and their characteristics affect how the characters grow and communicate with eachother
Okay dude, no. Indy's mom is just a crunchy mom lol. It's all very surface level if you watch the show instead of trying to find the deeper meaning in everything. ❤️ Indy's family are Afghan Hounds. Afghan Hounds are a naturally lean breed with long ears and head hair, which, design-wise, makes them look like trademark 70s hippies. Hippies are usually very cautious about living the healthiest, least invasive life they can live so lots of them don't eat processed sugar or preservatives, they wear hand-me-downs/recycled clothing and lots of hair accessories. Afghan Hounds are also prone to allergies/skin issues so their diet as a breed, is very limited anyway. Also, here's the biggest clue here, her name is literally Indy. 🙄 The creative designers for this show looked at an Afghan Hound and thought, "aww let's make a family of hippies with a super overprotective crunchy mom" I also think Indy's sister being premature could play into this. She might be Indy's older sister, meaning maybe Indy's mom went into this type of lifestyle after her sister was born at a hospital, and they couldn't do much to help so she mightve decided to have everything done naturally after that which led them to the lifestyle they're in now.
the small sausage dog easter egg is actually called longdog and appears in every episode sometimes you need an eagle eye to find it because it is hard, i rewatched the whole show finding it in every episode and for example in "hammerbarn" it is very hard and can sometimes blend in

When bingo shows bandit the fairy, Bandit just says "oh it's a love heart" I think this implys that the fairy was just Bingo's imagination, but it's left ambiguous.
Something I thought you’d mention is something I’ve been thinking about for a while… Bingo has some form of mental illness. This obviously isn’t confirmed, but appearantly a lot of others have thought this too. Obviously toddlers can have strange behaviors because their minds aren’t fully developed, and are in an early stage of the brain development. But I am with small children (3-6) constantly, and it could be because Bingo is fictional, but she doesn’t act like the average 4-5 y/o in terms of sensitivity and emotions. For example in the episode Bob Bilby when Bingo feels she isn’t stepping her place as being an equally fun friend for Bob as the other kid she gets really, really upset. It was obviously shown that she was somewhat scared that she wasn’t good enough to be friends with Bob…Bob is a puppet. She takes something as simple as looking after a puppet, to almost a mental breakdown. That’s alot of things blown into stressful proportions for a four year old. Especially since it isn’t even a real person. And in ‘The show’ when she overreacts about the balloon popping when Bluey tries to comfort her she literally says: “I ruin Mother’s Day every year.” That’s…alot. She convinced herself she ruined a special day in her moms life over a small mishap of a fragile object. And in ‘Keepy uppy’ you can see her being paranoid over the balloon popping. Like this animate object is an actual being that she can harm. A lot of children pretend animate objects are living things, I am aware. But the way she says: “What happens to the balloon?!?!” Can insist the balloons “life” was her top priority. In one episode she literally claims: “I just ruin everything.” Like that’s a lot for a child to carry. There are many more examples but they aren’t worth a yt comment. I might literally make a whole entire video discussing this, but probably not. If you find any fault in my claim (which there’s probably a lot) or any supporting evidence, or feedback at all just comment so.
i think she has ASD because people on the spectrum can form strong bonds to inanimate objects and depending on where someone is on the spectrum, they can by hyper aware of their actions like bingo could notice all the things shes done that "ruin" stuff
Hmm I think this is a reach, to me she just acts like a slightly more sensitive 4 year old, and 4 year olds are very sensitive anyway. Kids up to the ages of 10 and older get upset when things don’t go their way, even adults too lol. Children are creative and often make up imaginary friends and attach personalities to inanimate objects, all of these things do not mean they are on the spectrum. These are characteristics of a normal child and certain pieces of dialogue that bingo uses is just to add comedic effect and add to the dialogue of the story. All of this is my opinion obviously but I don’t like to be quick to diagnose children with things, even if it just a theory about a fictional show lol.

Bluey is honestly my favorite show currently. It hits all life lessons and has brought me to tears multiple times. It's so comforting and gives me so much happiness
At 15:00 It could also be that "Cousin" was used in place of "friend" because... it just is sometimes. They likely only changed it to avoid confusion when the show went international.
I was introduced to Bluey through my roommate as a show to show her two year old, and I’ve been kinda obsessed since! I recently made the realization as to why! It has concepts and behaviors shown by the kids, parents and friends that internally heal my inner child, it provides a much needed comfort that I myself denied or was denied in my childhood! I can’t even explain it in any other ways or with any other words
Muffin walks on all fours as it is a part of their life cycle, as in the episode “Christmas Swim”, another holiday special, she has learned to talk and walk on two legs. However, the episode “Baby Race” shows two leg walking is supposed to happen earlier, so it may be true. Also, the gluten-free idea is reinforce in “Typewriter”, as the first random question Bluey comes up with is, “Are you gluten free?”.
@@infra_r3d133 *HE WAS LEGIT SAYING THE GLUTEN FREE PART WAS ALSO IN TYPEWRITER AND B&B PRODUCTIONS MENTIONS DADDY DROP-OFF HAS THE GLUTEN FREE PART IN IT,SO BAD TRICERATOPS ALREADY KNOWS ABOUT IT!ARE YOU DEAF?*
My daughter loves when we watch this cartoon together. We watch it during family time! And the recent episode Baby Race made me tear up due to challenges with my daughter related to her being premature. Such a sweet show! So I’m surprised it has an iceberg at all! It’s so cute!
When I was watching Bluey with my younger sister, and Jack was talking about how he can't stay still and can remember things well, my first thought was ADHD. Apparently I was right.
Never before has a preschool show made me cry with a gained sense of childhood happiness that I thought long lost, much less a preschool show I didn't grow up watching. (The full theme song on its own is such a good mood in itself.)
Fun fact: I’ve heard some rumors that Dad Baby was on Disney+ for a short amount of time. Some users even described what happens in the episode, and it seems pretty accurate. Although, they could’ve taken it from the wiki.
But in baby race we never see the babies walking like dogs like Socks does, but more like humans (then again, Bluey started to roll and crawl backwards before she started to walk by her own). So either this was a "let's make the babies more human-like than dog-like" from season 2 or she just wanted to act like an actual dog.
Personally, I took the “Bandit comforting Chilli during the accidental miscarriage mishap with Bingo” as a foreshadowing of Chilli’s strained relationship with her sister who wasn’t able to have kids of her own. He knew what something like that meant and subtly provided a form of comfort. Or you know I’m just looking into a show about talking dogs too much lmao
I learned of Bluey because of Greasy Tales. I thought it was hilarious a man who animates adult stuff was working on a babies show at the same time. The animator of Bluey also animates big muscular gay men singing not kid friendly songs.
Its amazing you should very much watch it, in honestly really teaches kids great communication skills and how to express their parents and how to respect others, about growing up with neurodivergency like adhd and autism, it can show parents to listen to their kids needs and how they really feel and to pay attention to their kids and for kid to respect others and the meaning of setting boundaries, its wonderful, its great for grabbing the attention of kids and having lessons for them, as well as having lessons for the parents to see if the watch with their kids, it isnt afraid to shy away from harsh and heavy topics that not just the kids see, like the slight implications that Blueys mom had a miscarriage before bluey, its really deep, not just flr kids, its great, makes me cry so much.
What's with people and immediately assuming post-apocalypse theories when a show has a human looking world with non-human characters, can we just *not* for a single series
So, I was doing an FNF mod about bluey, and before I ever knew the episode “Army” existed I drew a concept art of Rusty as Tankman, and I was shocked to know he actually pretended to be a soldier lol.
@@xmaster10777I don't know about ww2 but it is possible because it seems like there was a Vietnam War because Chilli's dad seems to be a veteran and sometimes talks about when he was in the jungle
Very good iceberg! I like how you didn’t just add a bunch of stuff you made up to the last tier. The mix of fan theory/actual fact is good! Actually feel like I learned a lot from this.
21:12 The post-apocalyptic theory is incorrect because a "Bonus Bit", or online short, shows Bandit discussing archaeology, specifically how dogs "evolved" to walk on two legs. Canonically, scholars in the Bluey universe believe they are a product of evolution, meaning they can't have "memories" of the past and that they most likely aren't mutants.
when I first saw this show, I thought it was one of those dumb brainless kids shows like peppa pig or cocomelon. I didn't realize how great it was until I caught myself watching the dreams and rug island episodes, that I realized how amazing it is. let alone having its own fandom and community.
I remember I was watching bluey with my younger siblings and this one episode came up about how Bluey got upset after she didn't get ice cream, during the episode they ended up getting ice cream, I saw bandit eat *chocolate* ice cream. Many many people know chocolate is toxic to dogs because it has caffeine witch is bad for dogs. When he talks about how dogs took over humans and grew new behaviors, they must have developed something that makes chocolate not toxic to them. I told my mom how they ate chocolate so then we both called them stupid 😃🔫
for some reason I just love bluey the show is just so entertaining to me, and just seems like the perfect show for kids (and apparently weirdos like me) it has simple topics within each episode that every kid can follow, and always ends on a high note
It sucks that, so far, Season One has only been released on DVD. The show is beautiful, so why not release it on Blu-ray so that way fans an enjoy the show in HD?
@@sunnievibezzoldchannel9440 It's not true HD though. R34? What you searched is just the tip of the iceberg, there is Bluey art on furry sites as well DAD PILLOW, it's nice, I'd like one sometime, the design was made by an artist i'm somewhat familiar with

10:40: So if fairies exist in the Bluey universe, does that mean Santa Claus also exist in there as well as well? My guess is that Santa Claus the Blueyverse is a Great Pyrenees (a Great Pyrenees has white fur, just like most depictions of Santa Claus' beard).
Now I want to see a future Christmas episode in which the Heelers help someone who got stuck by giving them milk and gingerbread cookies, and the end of said episode implies that the dog they helped was in fact Santa Claus.
Bandit doesn't mention the fairy, he just says mentions the love heart. So I think the fairy could just be Bingo's imagination, but the answer is left ambiguous.
I had the rusty one and I touched on the body pillow one (I was going to record a separate entry for it but decided it wasn’t important enough. I will go more in depth on the second part though.)
Theory:All dogs in the show when born have dog tendencies But as they grow they learn to control them . Since socks is only 1 (proved by Hunter in veranda Santa) she is the most dog
I discovered the show through Bandits voice actor who sang in a band that was huge when I was kid, now I’m getting my daughter into Bluey, it’s kind of a nice full circle moment
18:25 I'm really curious, where did you hear about that? I've been digging through some stuff documenting the production history of Bluey and found no mention of this, from what I have read, the show was always for kids, the idea was to make an alternative to Peppa Pig that wasn't complete torture for anyone in the room over the age of 5. There are various other factors that make it seem unlikely to me that Bluey was originally a show for adults, such as the fact that Joe Brumm (the creator) has kids of his own, who inspired some of the show, and it just doesn't make sense to make a show inspired by his kids, but not be able to show it to them?
Good question. My memory is terrible, so I don’t exactly remember where I heard it, but it was something about how the show was aimed towards parents instead of kids, and covered topics related to parenting. It could’ve just been speculation or made up though, which why I stuck it near the bottom.
My almost 4 year old likes this show a LOT. Meanwhile I find that I myself love the much much MORE. I will continue to binge watch episodes and she will want to watch something else such as Pokémon or Totoro. I will be like “let’s keep watching Bluey” while she cries wanting to watch Ash and Pikachu and Darkrai (10th Pokémon movie we have nearly all 23 movies).
I’m not a fan of the whole post apocalyptic theories a lot of shows have. It’s just what they went with for the show. I mean I really don’t want to think that peppa pig is the result of a post apocalyptic world
Bluey was originally supposed to be animated by David Firth Bluey airbrushed on oversized T shirts Bandit's American cousin (from Memphis, TN) Chilli's rich uncle is why Bandit and Chilli can stay at home and play with the kids so much, working sporadically while still affording a beautiful home Bluey's popularity in Russia exceeds the peak of the Beatles in the Anglosphere Bingo doesn't exist Bandit in a punk band Rusty is Bluey's cousin Winton is English royalty Bluey is actually a Canadian show meant to propagandize Americans The lost episode where Bluey says the C word (slang for Australians but nobody else) The Heelers live in Hammerbarn as squatters

like being sad cause you were being played with too rough and stuff
Bye!
Socks can walk now! She's walking in Christmas Swim!
I heard or read something that said the characters walked in “Baby Race” to make it seem more accurate to real people, I guess? ...but they usually *would* have to learn how to walk on two legs, talk, etc.

That is True
Here's a deep ut for you: Indy's mother is Orthorexic, and shes forcing her disordered eating on her daughter. This plays out in the episode "Tooth Fairy". Also it seems like Indy is a bit neglected, shes quite thin looking, and her mother didnt give her any money for the fair which meant they couldn't ride the ponies. Indy's little sister was born prematurely, which seems to have been particularly traumatic for her mother (understandably) and this may be why Indy seems so neglected and why her mother obsesses over chemicals, gluten, and sugar.
Oh so you think that’s why she played early baby in that season 1 episode?
Indy's family are Afghan Hounds. 🙄
The creative designers for this show looked at an Afghan Hound and thought, "aww let's make a family of hippies with a super overprotective crunchy mom"
I also think Indy's sister being premature could play into this. She might be Indy's older sister, meaning maybe Indy's mom went into this type of lifestyle after her sister was born at a hospital, and they couldn't do much to help so she mightve decided to have everything done naturally after that which led them to the lifestyle they're in now.

Fun fact Rusty's dad in the episode Army was voiced by Anthony Field who you may know as the blue Wiggle
Something I thought you’d mention is something I’ve been thinking about for a while…
Bingo has some form of mental illness.
I have the same thing where I feel as if inanimate objects have feelings and need to be cared for
Hmm I think this is a reach, to me she just acts like a slightly more sensitive 4 year old, and 4 year olds are very sensitive anyway.
HOW WERE U SO DEDICATED TO TYPING THAT COMMENT?!😂😂
I’m not reading all of that

19:03 Socks was 1. That’s why she was on all fours. I’m Christmas Swim, she’s talking clearly and she’s upright like everyone else.

21:12 The post-apocalyptic theory is incorrect because a "Bonus Bit", or online short, shows Bandit discussing archaeology, specifically how dogs "evolved" to walk on two legs. Canonically, scholars in the Bluey universe believe they are a product of evolution, meaning they can't have "memories" of the past and that they most likely aren't mutants.
