It is important to consider the sun exposure. You might have a nice view in the 4th apartment, but it seems to be faced to North which is not good if you like natural light.
Condo #1 was amazing! The view of the CN tower and the size of the rooms were excellent for price. My family lives in Pickering, prices are similar but no views! 😂. To bad it didn’t work out!
Good luck 😝 I live DT TO those potential condos are not worth your hard earned money. Too small but that’s reality nowadays Unless it’s job related location , I prefer now to live uptown / Yonge line ( Eglinton, St Clair & Shepard condos. Clean surroundings too . Cheers
They will receive a commission once you buy/rent a property. That’s how it works for all real estate agents. That’s why they don’t charge you anything, they receive the money from the seller/landlord once the deal is done.
You’re going to find out the hard way after 12 months that your $2400 per month budget is going to go out the window. These units are not rent controlled and the price can be increased to an unlimited amount every 12 months. Only units built and occupied before November 15, 2018 are locked into rent control. The price tends to be lower with these new condos to attract people the first year just to get them in, then it will be jacked up to $2,800 or over $3,000. I am not sure why you didn't consider rent control.
Valid point but I’ve looked at some rent controlled units as well. If I don’t end up choosing one and receive a substantial increase, I don’t mind moving.
@@ennvisionn You will always receive a substantial increase in non-rent controlled units. If you do move, the market conditions will get worse and everything else will be expensive too down the road. A one bedroom is currently inching to $3,000 per month in Toronto. Many units have already reached that level. Good luck.
Man just move over to the States down South. For 2400, you could get a 3 bedroom, 2300 sq ft home in the Suburbs!!😂 Glad I dont live there anymore. Good luck!
Hello... Can you send the perfect location of condo #2 .. And lots of love from India ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
They should be fired and arrested and we all in the comments can be the jury to make sure they don’t get off for making that lifesavers colored backsplash 😂

Thank you! Ik these condos are tiny for the price. Don’t know much about Uptown but I’ll check it out. Thanks!
How did you find these apartments/condos? Is there a realtor you worked with or used some websites? Goodluck on your search for a place!
I looked on Realtor.ca and worked with a real estate agent. They don’t charge you anything so it’s nice to work with one. Thank you!
@@ennvisionnso they work for free? Do you know why?

@@ennvisionn Smart man!!👍
Way too hot whole year long, its unberable
@hakohito Better than being cold and having to pay a million dollars for a home. One house to be exact.
Oh man, these condos don’t look rent controlled brother. Unless ur okay with that and have the funds
I think you meant horizontal blinds, not vertical. Horizontal would move up and down, vertical would move left to right.
Yup, meant to say horizontal blinds. Those are the best.
Condo 1 is better than the other condos.
Agreed. The layout is perfect for a 1 bedroom
best of luck!
