I am using this video as an example to my clients by what you should (NOT DO) when performing this exercise because he is doing everything wrong YAY! Lol this is the best way to learn. 1) His feet should be in line with his knees. Feet are too low / poor alignment. 2) His butt is coming off the ground. Not focusing on injury prevention. 3) His feet aren’t totally together. Either should width or go with the adductors, but decide. 4) His toes are rotating back and coming off the machine.
