Jeff is a beast regardless of size. But especially when you consider his size, pound for pound he is insanely strong. He’s a real inspiration to the smaller brothers out there.
He definitely strong....but his isn't as aesthetic as he used to be. He got blocky. I'm 5'4 180 but I've been focusing on the v taper to go with those manny pacquiao legs and calves. Luckily I got my moms petite waist but my pops stockiness. But I'm definitely not as strong as Jeff.
maxing out common gym machines isn't hard for intermediate-advanced lifters. if they were doing barbell or dumbbell movements this would've been a lot different

It has nothing to do with that. Shorter people tend to be stronger in lifts per pound, due to being lighter and having shorter limbs. The big guys are stronger overall.

I’ve seen the same comment about the 155 lb lat pull-down about 10 times so let me just clear things up. They are using a DUAL PULLEY lat pull-down machine which shows the PER ARM weight on the stack. I have the exact same one at my gym. In reality they were doing 310 at full stack

that's a double cable machine. So the 130 on the plate stack is per hand. They added an extra 25 plate. So the total pull was (130*2)+25= 285lbs. That sounds about right.

No, that's not how cables work. It's 155. Double pulleys setups halve the weight when one side is fixed. Since neither side is fixed, it's still 155.
