They are typically hosted by up-and-coming chefs who don't have a brick and mortar restaurant - yet - but, want to share their culinary talents with their community. Tonight's host is Eskender Asged, an Ethiopian chef who has been featured in the NYTimes and SFChron for his innovative underground cuisine.
