"When you love what your doing and your working with great people it helps you overcome with busy days, the stressful days. In the end of the day you feel fulfilled, everything became worth it." well said
Pahingi ng slaterr!!😭 a very dedicated man to his work as well as responsible for his family. He knows what his doing, for his family's future. Just wow
I think what makes the hard works easier, is when you work for it with passion. I like the work motto of LLG architects "Inspired to work on work that inspires".
I would agree with that weekly meeting na sa lahat para may coordination talaga. Galing na fresh pa din si Engineer sa daming schedule. Paano maging chill like you? :)
I love how you deal with your house angels. The way you asked them kung ano pinapanuod nila is so sweet, mararamdaman mo na you made them all fell like they are really part of the family.
Congratulations Slater, Kris, Scottie and the entire family of your Adorable Baby🤗❤️! And busy kayo talaga po! But man you are an impressive young engineer along with your team!! Stay Blessed and safe!
before I was watching your videos as a CE student for years but now I get to watch your vids as licensed civil engineer. I learned a lot from you Engr. Slater and still learning from this big world. Hope to see you in the field as fellow engineer 😊
Architecture or Civil Engineer was my first pick, kaso di kaya ng budget namin eh kahit na sa state university kami ng kapatid ko (his is about an hour ride while my campus was just a few walks away). I gave way so my brother can pursue his dream as a Marine Engineer while I settled as an Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer. Not degrading my chosen path, It is a very noble job to serve the farmers and I love it pero iba pa rin yung na pursue mo yung dreams mo. The process I went through is disheartening most of the times but pero nung natapos ko and naka pasa sa boards, iba yung saya. I may not have become what I dreamed of pero I love what I am now. Fightiiiiiiing!!
thank you for this snippet Engr.! Very inspiring for students like me taking up BSCE 🥺💖 got here after watching krzy's vlog about shoti coming home na in skypod 😂
Sir, sana po next vlog nyo po discuss nyo po in detail yung soil protection na ginawa nyo since nasa edge ng mountain yung structure. thanks po. God bless and more power to your channel!!! 🙏
I would like to say that most engineers wouldn't have days like this. If wala kang capital, it would take years to be able to do what he does and sa baba ng sahod dito sa Pilipinas, decades bago ka umabot sa ganyang point. Being contractor also requires you to have knowledge not only on your field but also commercial, contracts or laws kasi once you dont know something, it can literally bankrupt you if di mo naconsider.
I am still an upcoming grade 12 student but since I was 8 I always dreamed of buildings houses and building so I decided that I would take up Civil Engineering when I reach college, but lately I’m doubting my skills na, I realise na I’m not that good at math and stuffs related to engineering tho I’m still passionate on pursuing that course. I wished you’ll share to us more things about Civil Engineering, I would really want to learn stuffs related to my interests from a pro.
this gave me chills about my dad too!!! my dad is an engineer but most of his time is given to us so when our house is getting fixed I saw how much happy and relax he is :)) Salute to you Sir Slater!!! nun nakita ko po ito kay Ma'am Kyrz akala ko nagt-tour po kayo sa bahay niyo (about sa solar pannels hehe) here are my vlog request!!! 1. Updated Q&A (chill video?:) 2. How's likely to live Green and what changes we did in our everyday life (downsides, vice-versa) 3. Living a Day as my Wife 4. How do I manage my time properly This maybe weird but I do want to see an updated challenge/game videos of you and your wife (e.g. who's most likely). But please do rest Eng!!! Safe skies po :))
Yes, finally some one said it well. How come does a civil engineer design and build a project at the middle/top of the mountain considering the environmental impact?!
i have a question who owns the mountains? did the government sold the mountains? or a private entity? im so curious how private company buys land and build buildings from the government will that be a benefit or not ?
good day sir! please mag video po kyo about stilts vs back-fill. on land na pa-slope un terrain. pls discuss advantages, disadvantages, cost. thank u & more power!
To God be all the glory!
So inspiring and very motivational ning video-ha. Datu pa lng lagi ko Sir Slater, kamu jud duha ni mah dude Oliver akong kuhaon mu build sakong balay buh. Kaso can't afford. Anyway salamat sa mga out put, tips, ideas and learnings you guys imparted to your viewers. Dakung tabang. Lami pa jud kaayo paminawon..mag nga nga lagi ko 😒🙄😍😍
Engineering is fun biya gyud. Ang problema lang kay ang pag skwela. Tanang klase sa kape matilawan usa nimo ayha ka magpirma pirma tapos barog barog inig site inspection 😆
Sir, congrats on your on-going construction and to have a safe and secure site environment. As a Facade Engineer, what type of glass you will used? Is it Laminated Glass, tempered glass or heat soak for sliding doors and other external façade? Balustrade? Is it Calustra for external wall designs? Thank you Engineer.
hi me and my mom really loves your videos po and I learn a lot from it. request ko po sana like a video on window placements on the house and what kind is advisable
Di nman yan mg.proceed yung project kung walang Environmental Compliance Certificate approved from DENR-EMB as long as the proponent would comply to the conditions required. so even may masisira during construction, meron din mitigation to be implemented after. Nice job sir.
Pwede po ba magojt sa inyo engr. You inspired me a lot to keep going. It would be fascinating to be mentored by a smart and motivating engineer like you❤
Engr Slater, how long does it takes po nung contract cert sa denr, and how deep yung foundation niyo sa area, and also wind load , that can resist of the construction of this wonderful project.
I hope you can give us the info on how your team is designing the potable water system in that area. Medyo nasa bundok na kasi yan. For sure mahirap ang tubig dyan
I like to this video, the projects...in my old hometown 😃....can't wait to build a home there...hopefully within 3 years.....one downside of this video...'the final words' at the end. I always feeling kind of cringy when people talking about 'working hard'...there are lot of factors that can define 'succes' that relates to 'working hard or hard work"....what worked out for the few, doesn't mean it applies to the other 95% of the people that also work their ass off every single day but don't have the same result or achievement...
Sir Slater What book/s do you read to improve your knowledge interms of construction, Marketing and enhancing your knowledge towards your career? Tips po hehehe
wont rlly agree w ppl who claim the construction is ruining the environment bc development is bound to happen buildings will always be built and all of it is inevitable whats vital is proper management like the give and take slater explained and so far okay naman
Engineer as what you've said you love what your doing but ask lang ko, how did u realize that being an engineer in a structural field is what u really want to do? ako man gd ni grad ko og engineering but hantod run wala pajd ko ka feel nga ganahan jd ko ani.
I'm currently studying for the Board Exam Sir Slater, and sometimes napapaisip ako if saan kaya ako mag aaply after I get my license. I hope maybe you can create a vlog on how you started after you got your license as an Engineer. And is the salary of 15,000 pesos a good salary for starters. Because I saw some people who are posting na nag hiring daw sila and the salary is 18,000 pesos and you need 3 years of experience. Is 18,000 pesos enough for the 3 years of experience? hehehhee Nalilito lang po ako sa demands po na nag dedemand po sila ng years of experience pero hindi naman po nag ma match salary hehehe. Hope you can See this Sir slater :) I really enjoy watching your vlogs and vlogs din po ng wife mo hehehe
Good afternoon Slater, were planning to build a house by early 2023, we will be building it in Tagaytay, do you know of good Architectural firms that we can consult in that location. Thank you po
Hello Engr Slater. Would like to ask pano po ba ninyo nakuha ang project na ito? Like what the story behind, are you a contractor or a consultant? May mga nag mamay-ari na po ba ng mga unit na ginagawa ninyo?

Please make a video about the environmental impact and how you cope up with it.
Yes, finally some one said it well. How come does a civil engineer design and build a project at the middle/top of the mountain considering the environmental impact?!
Love seeing the glow in the Slater's eyes everytime he talks about engineering stuff.
i have a question who owns the mountains? did the government sold the mountains? or a private entity? im so curious how private company buys land and build buildings from the government will that be a benefit or not ?
Will study hard as a civil engineering student to become as busy as you Mr. Slater!
