well joy now has "black beauty" her new companion boot,(that is what my friend called her's), so glad she is able to walk & take bath now!...puppy's look good & healthy, so do the piglet's and mama & daddy back home again & happy. So happy for Joy. As a massage therapist I would suggest that she gets some massage while she has the boot so that her hip flexors don’t get to tight since she will be walking unevenly. Seen a lot of people have low back and hip issues after being in a walking boot. Lots of love and blessing.
Congratulations Miss Joy! I'm so very happy for you! I remember when my sister was your age and her foot/ankle got caught in the spokes of a bicycle. She was riding on the handle bars and somehow she ended up with a mangled ankle and in a cast for ages. Her leg was significantly smaller than the other one when the cast came off for the last time, but now the only difference is a little scar on her ankle :o) Hope you'll be running and jumping again very soon! My youngest had a cast years ago... it is a lot of work. Bathing especially!! I’m so happy she got it off and can walk.. being winter time this will give her time to get it strong. Art is so random just climbing that 🌲 😂.

That's great Joy. It must be a real relief for all of you. I am surprised at how strong the leg is right away. I would've thought there would be weakness and therapy but she is walking just fine.

Congratulations Joy getting your cast off just a little advice my daughter had a broken leg when the cast was taken off within 2 days she thought it was fine to do everything she jumped off the step and broke her leg so be careful

What a joyous day for Miss Joy!!! Those boots can be awkward but great to be able to walk around again. ( this from a 57 yr old grammy that broke the little toe bone in her foot, not the toe itself, and had to navigate with a boot for 6 weeks. God Bless You Joyful!!!!!
