Sunroof sunshade (screen) repair
선루프 스크린이 부셔졌다. 고질병인듯 하다.
잡소리가 엄청난다. 안 고칠 수가 없다.

0:04 The sunroof screen was broken.
0:07 The plastic supporting the sunshade (screen) was broken.
0:10 It may be a chronic issue, but it is sold on eBay. A piece of plastic for about $30.
0:13 First, open the sunroof about 15 cm.
0:17 Unscrew these screws halfway (all T25).
0:18 Unscrew all these screws.
0:20 Same on the other side.
0:22 Then go outside and unscrew the two screws at the back.
0:24 Release both.
0:27 Carefully remove the sunroof. (Requires two people).
0:30 Unscrew the 5 sunshade screen cover screws.
0:39 Remove the cover.
0:44 Unscrew two more screws supporting the screen.
0:50 Remove any broken plastic.
1:04 Install the new plastic.
1:06 The plastic I ordered from eBay doesn’t seem to be genuine.
1:11 It couldn’t be fastened with just the plastic, so I glued it together.
1:16 The gloves are a scene stealer.
1:31 Insert it according to the rail.
1:37 It is easier to go inside.
1:44 Assembly is the reverse of disassembly.
2:16 The screen works normally.
2:21 The sunroof works well too.

Thanks HK Kim for the detailed tutorial. I done the repair on my car. There are 6 screws holding the glass in place, 2 middle screws just needs to be loosened other needs to be removed. 5 curtain cover screws removed and 2 more under the cover. After that I also used glue on the new plastic parts. Putting the slides into rails was a bit tricky but done it without force.
