A family friend of ours lost his arm with one of these machines years ago.. No idea what he was doing.he might've been maintenance and doing a repair.. but his arm was crushed between the dies and injected the molten metal..burned his arm clean off

The problem most make is that it should be done in a vacuum and they cool it too fast. It should have conformed induction heaters next to conformed cooling lines in mold, to get optimal results.
