xD I never get these ways to start webcomics. I draw comics for like 20 years and all I think is necessary is: you have an idea and you start.
No need to make notes, because you will go through each scene and dialogue in your head anyway

In writer terms, some people are Pantsers and others are Outliners this can apply to Comic making too. This guy is an Outliner and his tips help people who need help getting a clear idea of where to start.
