I was wondering why they censored Nami's shirt, but then I realized it kind of looks like the Warner Bros logo so that was probably so they wouldn't get sued lol

I’m late, but it’s because Luffy and Ash has the same voice actors in the English dubs.
@@guidinglight6485 4Kids Luffy voiced Erica Schroeder, while Veronica Taylor voiced Ash, so no (though they sound alike). Taylor however did voice Robin in the 4Kids dub.

This masking censorship is also less boring than scenes that are blacked out or sloppily deleted. 4Kid channel is really creative in the way of censorship, although it is a bit ridiculous but it looks ok.
