It comes in so handy!! I used to hate moving everything from on tripod to another only to screw up my talking head setup, now I just roll it over and I'm ready, roll it back and it's how it was 😂 Thanks Piotr!
Very busy recently! I've seen a couple driving around Poland, they're huge!! I'm constantly working on getting this studio more and more organised, thanks Thomas!
Outstanding review! Appreciate you bringing us into the heart of your studio setup. Popularity of You Tube makes it easy for folks to push play and to watch millions of videos daily, few can appreciate the amount of time, hardware, and gear required to make a professional production. I see all those clamps, mics, stands and begin to drool. Spent many years in band scene and always enjoyed time spent setting up my recording spaces. and be a simple kind of man…….song in head rest of day, time to grab my guitar. Interesting song choice, that song is very passionate, much like all your reviews; passionate and honest. Great job, thank you much!
I would love this setup, but I found out quickly, I'm not comfortable sat in front of the camera in this type of setting. So I've decided to cut that content from my vids completely... for now. Great stuff, Phillip :)
I'm not super comfortable sitting either, that's why I'm kind of half way between, the tall bar stool is good for me and my posture, self confidence and beer belly 😂 The cool thing about this setup is you can easily raise it to a standing position. Thanks Wayne!
That really depends on the tripod, this one I use has a spigot for film lamps, so there is no 1/4 20 on top, you'd have to use an attachment to get a 1/4 20 screw up there.
Thanks Danyal! Well, I'd say convenience. It's an excellent lens, very sharp, from 24mm-70mm, with a minimum focus distance of 19cm, which is super close, add the crop function on the Sony a73 and you've got an even longer lens, cropped in at almost macro. The f2.8 comes in handy, mind you, if I'm doing thumbnails I'll usually switch over to the 85mm f1.8 or the 24mm f1.8. That all being said, my favourite focal length ever is 35mm, so when Viltrox drop their 35mm f1.8 prime I'll be over the moon.
@@PhillipSkraba I totally agree with everything you just said haha :) I tend to use the 24-70 on it’s tighter settings most of the time. Can’t wait for the review :)
Just wanted to tell ya Thank U 🙏 for connecting with me I really enjoy your content. Who thunk I’d enjoy watching drone videos of the pros like yours …. My channel sucks but one day would love to shape it up like yours Thanks 🙏 again for sharing , PeaceLove&GodBless P.S if U need MusiQ get at me (“
as you get older you can hook up your IV and Oxygen to it too ! and still do all your videos :) i dont have a studio..just my kitchen /living room so i might not need this set up just yet although i like how its all in 1 unit ( you should have did your sexy voice when describing the red wheels lol)
Idk why but C stands are like non existent here in Ukraine.. or they cost a few grand, urgh. I sort of made a tripod + stand setup, as I don't trust the stand to keep the camera. I have a ring light that can be positioned down for table shots, but unfortunately no wheels :( The shipping price for a stand is something I am scared to Google, hehe. And I'm too cheap for all those fancy battery packs so I'm using a 20000 mAh power bank for the camera xD Have you tried putting a teleprompter on the camera lens with the monitor beneath it? It's so much easier and you don't have to worry if you looked away mid shot.
C Stands aren't very popular at all really, unless you work in a studio environment, I guess it's because of their price and weight. I got mine from Aliexpress with free shipping, it was actually super cheap, sent from Spain I think. I have a teleprompter I won about a year ago, I've never unpacked it, I try to do all my videos all in one go with no lists, unless they're really detailed in technical specs. Here are wheels for your existing tripods - amzn.to/3eGBalZ
@@PhillipSkraba thanks, I meant reflecting the image from the monitor on the screen, so you can see if everything is framed right and I just feel its easier to look at yourself than a lens =P
The Camiror is something I've been using since the beginning, and I love it! It's not cheap, but it works like a charm! Sure, a teleprompter would be cool for that too!
This one is tiny and I use it every single day, you can also swap the octo maybe for a roll mat with flat softbox, that'll work and make the setup a tiny bit smaller.
Holy balls, I had no idea Caleb made videos on all-in-one UA-cam studios, or Peter, Jeven, or Chris, holy shit, I should have mentioned that at 1:06 in my video! Oh wait, I did. Don't you copy my drone videos Jose!! I licked it, it's mine.
I'm always fair Jose 🤜🏻🤛🏻 It's hard to be out here nowadays without being accused of copying, which in all fairness I wasn't doing, but rather showing off my version of the UA-cam studio on one stand as I'm ecstatic that I finally managed to put one together to make my life and workflow easier and faster. So let's not be bitchy here, but rather push each other up 🔥
The best setup, and not to mention the thumbnail!
It's an awesome setup Mike! You know those thumbnails need to be tasty!
Nice.... love it when complex becomes simple....
Yes, me too Neil!!
भाई इसको एक-एक करके इंस्टाल कर के दिखाया होगा तो वीडियो काफी दिलचस्प बनती है....!! ये कुछ वन वे हो गया प्लीज़ 😢😊😊
Ah come on, add a bit here, clamp a bit there and you’re done!
One of the most underrated creators on UA-cam. I'd say you'd beat Unbox Therapy 2 to 1 in a dogfight ;)
Now, that is a compliment!! Thanks Fahama!
This one man band aka one man stand. 🤩 Need to build one for sure!

Great Video Phillip!! Thank you.
Thanks Doug! Glad you liked it!
You’ve been a busy eagle (White-tailed: for reference, Poland’s national bird)! Very organized. Nice setup!

Fantastic setup, very convenient and much less space required.
Thanks! Yes, a lot less space and a much, much faster workflow.
Nice and easy setup, looks great Phillip. Thanks for sharing your ideas. Regards from Denmark. Chris

I love that song, one of my favourites, it's very passionate. Thank You!
Came to your channel for DJI Mini 2 reviews, stayed for all of the awesome content you produce. Thank you, keep it up!
Thank You! I really appreciate that, it's good to know people are here even after the Mini 2 content!
What a PRO setup ! very nice :)
Thanks! It makes life so much easier!
Bloody RIPPA Mate 👍🏻😎
All that is missing is an optic for the brandy.. and a glass of course 😀 good set up Phillip 👍
haha, I'd have a craft beer keg and hose, that would satisfy me 😂

Some great shots there Wayne! Keep it up, fun stuff! 1000 subs will hit before you know it, just keep on doing it because you love it, that's all!
Brilliant! love it, especially your cover of Simple Man! 😂🎶
We need a separate live/life channel for more content like that, haha
haha, thanks! I love that song!!
I think that's called TikTok 😂
Is the top spigot part of that stand removable? Where I can install a 1/4in screwable spigot instead?
That really depends on the tripod, this one I use has a spigot for film lamps, so there is no 1/4 20 on top, you'd have to use an attachment to get a 1/4 20 screw up there.
Awesome content :D What makes you want to use the 24-70 GM for your UA-cam shooting over say the primes?

haha, you can hook everything up to this setup 😂 haha, I try to leave my radio voice for different projects, but sometimes I can't help it!
I don’t think I missed it but are you using anything to show your script? Or are you just all free script now?
99% of the time I free roll, no script, unless I'm talking about a product that has a ton of technical info, but I do less and less of that now.
