I believe it’s a Matthew’s stand. Lookup “Matthews Hollywood Baby Junior Double Riser Stand (Silver, 9.6')” on B&H.
There are many different versions of those stands. Decide what works best for you.

This has totally been lifted from another UA-camr. Many people are saying Make Art Now but there is another guy, a smaller UA-camr who did this first. Wish I could recall his name at the moment.

This is very similar to a crash cart in the I.T. World. In the server room we have racks upon racks of servers, and nothing has a monitor or keyboard and mouse. So we have something like this that's a monitor, powered by a battery UPS. And a keyboard and mouse. So when we need to hookup to a "sick" server, we can quickly see what's going on and work on fixing that server. Has rollers and everything, just unhook the battery from the wall and Rollllllll to where you need to work.
