Tokyo has thousands of earthquakes, Istanbul, Hong-Kong, Singapore, Sao-Paolo and many other cities around the world has earthquakes. The race is not to build fast and cheap, it's about reaching the skyline with premium quality structures. Tirana has one of the best fields in Europe due to it's terrain which is enough safe to build high-structures. So don't worry about that...Tirana will be the next New-York in less than 25 years

What do you expect from giant structures? Have you seen skyscrapers that finish under 1 year? And they don't take 10 years lol. 10 years ago Tirana has mouses around the roads now it's one of the most modern cities over Balkans. Who cares how long it takes when something great at the end uncovrers to the world...
