Idiot in the second vehicle just went from a misdemeanor infraction, no operator's license, no insurance, no registration, to felony eluding and multiple driving infractions during the pursuit. Bubba just made sure that he won't have a license for a long time, and when he does, his insurance is going to be stupid levels of expensive.
