Not really. Nobody wants to come to our club, our bosses said they must look for "outside of the box" manager because nobody wants to come to manage us at Bayern because we've been struggling majorly past few seasons. If we do appoint him, I hope he can fix the mentality that our players have because that's clearly been a problem.

Because of recent rumours: Does anyone really think that he could be a good fit for Bayern, one of the hardest teams to coach in terms of expectations? He should stay at Burnley, here he is able to build something and develop further.
HE is a talented manager, he is failing at Burnley because the players he's using are like U21 players, very low value. He will win a lot at Bayern
Seems unlikely, but it does also seem Bayern are looking for someone younger and more dynamic than their previous appointments

@@andyh4747 Well... Sort of. But not a complete rebuild. It needs to fix some problems all around and the team should be back on track. Yes we were trophyless this season but that is no reason to think the club is in crisis, just yet. I mean the CL form was extremly good looking at the season they had. They just need something fresh now

Very naive in his team selection and game management. Awful stats for a top class defender, 2 home wins all season. Kompany should have ensured that his defence and mid-field was good enough for the Premier League before spending millions on young, small wingers.
