With the drop down rear frame, in some areas you would drag it’s hinny. Just think you, your wife, daughter & your in-law’s in this one. The happy camping memories you’ll make
Sal (the theater seat guy) likes this one. How about a version for couples that work on the road. Take out the rear bed, put in a desk and if there is extra room a recliner, fireplace etc. Make it a den/man cave. Just a thought.
Yeah, the loft could stay for storage and the hanging closets in the back should stay since ladies need more space for clothes in general. Having that second full bath is awesome.
Beautiful for full-time living! TBH, I've been coming across a lot of sad stories lately of single moms or moms who are escaping abusive relationships with their children, and my first thought upon seeing this camper is how great it would be for those women who find themselves desperately needing a new living situation with their children. Josh, if you read this comment, I wonder if you could mention it to RV manufacturers out there to consider donating or subsidizing their extra or outdated rigs for such situations? I have a feeling that if the 2023 demand for rigs really does decrease substantially while manufacturers are still pumping out RVs to excessive supply, gifting extra stock could be a very feasible option to clear out space.
This is a fantastic floor plan. i have a couple things i would change. the bump out from the kitchen slide by stove. my toes would hit that every time. also the sink in the main bathroom should be inset like other bathroom. ...and i am a bathtub girl. bathtub in main bath as well or atleast optional. Otherwise this would be great for living in. the back door on the bathroom..for kids being there..i would be afraid they might open it and fall or go out without permission..but since i have no kids...its perfect. I would love this floorplan in a FLAT floor setting from front to back. i hate steps. the overhead storage.sleeper is great as well. i hate those ladders they use but this one..pretty darn nice. big steps and rails work perfectly. but I realllyyyyyyyyyyyy like this one ALOT!. OH i love that drop down kitchen island extended counter top piece.....whatever you call it... :)
To "LIVE AND LEARN" has become a regular statement between the wife and I after buying the North Point 377RLBH. Yeah, it's a 43 1/2 footer but boy she's small! This floorplan has interested me more now than when we were shopping for this one we ended up regretting a little bit. Looking back, we thought the 2nd bedroom would be a wasted space for our office use after removing the couch and turning the bunk into a large shelf along with another one added below it. This floor plan would be pretty ideal for what we found out what we've got going in the tiny space we have now! No medicine cabinet????? Why the hell not???? That is such a small space thing that means the world in something like these, to say the least! Basement storage is minimal just like mine! We should have thought ahead on that subject as well... Too bad hey didn't put the washer dryer in the other bedroom! This thing takes so much space in the size closets this one and mine are! One ton minimum.... Naw. Don't screw around, trust me. Just get the damn dually and when YOU DO HAVE THE PANIC STOP, there will be no worries about the truck's action. Also the 38 mph side winds we had in New Mexico last month... yeah, a single rear wheel would have been taken over by the kite behind it! It was moving me around to have the white knuckles with the 2020 Silverado I just bought..... BE SAFE, NOT CHEAP

Absolutely ON POINT! This North point has hit everything on our list of must haves. My wife and kids and I are going to be going full-time in about 6 months with my mom coming with us about half the time and the 2nd full bedroom AND bathroom is perfect for that situation. Our two kids can share the loft while grandma (and her damned cat!) join us a couple of times a year. I have seen other manufacturers models like this, but North point is on point with their version of this floor plan! Thanks again nerd for showing us the stuff that is out there and available and I think you've shown my family anyway a top contender for our next fifth wheel

If this had a super sofa instead of the dinette like the Open Range 5th wheels have it would be perfect. It sleeps like 8 people but only a two person living room. With that said, we have one ordered and just waiting for it to come in. What a great RV

It just looks like a tripping hazard to me. The front bath shower is great. I don't like the little tables on each side at the head of the bed. I am a side sleeper and could see myself hitting them with my hand or head as I readjust my position through the night. Either leave them out or put in real RV nightstands. A thumbs up to the split awnings on the front and slide.

To paraphrase a famous American, "Two words: Out da park!" This one would be perfect for my sister & her family if only it were ¾-ton friendly. But, if frogs had wings, right? I am currently looking at a 2024 model year of this trailer and I am wondering if you have seen one with the 12 volt 20 cubic foot refrigerator option. Also when it comes needing a bigger truck like a dually 1 ton. I could do you one better I am looking into a Freightliner M2 106 Summit Hauler basically a medium duty semi with air brakes and because it would be use for recreational use only there is no CDL required.

What I don't like: side-by-side fridge, the vessel sink. I'd like to see the frame brought up level in the back and sacrifice the loft for a vaulted ceiling with celestory windows and there'd be plenty of headspace for a ceiling fan. I've watched some of your older videos comparing destination models, the villa vs grand villa I think, and fifth-wheel vs destination. You make very good points about why and how a destination is a better choice for permanent or long-term. Is there a destination with a true 2-bed 2-bath layout? A head-knocker loft or an office with a convertible sofa is not a bedroom. By the way, what does the phrase 'allowances for full-time' mean?
We are currently looking for a trailer to full time live in. I don't understand why you make so much sleep space but then there is just a 2 seater sofa!!!! Where on earth is the rest sitting? I am really frustrated with finding an RV for us by now.

Footage is a bit early access. That will resolve with time. These are only just now starting to make landfall and we likely haven’t received any yet. Our team at 800-256-5196. Can assist you with estimates and figures though.
Josh: This rig might be just a tad too long for some National Park campgrounds and a tad too heavy for a lot of trucks short of the F-450 range. Thanks for trying, but there just ain't any road mode.Respectfully, W.S.
F350 will haul this no problem, as will a SRW Sierra 3500 based on the extrapolated pin weights ... that said, yeah, to friggin long for national parks... weird that people would camp anywhere other than those campgrounds tho... I mean, there's literally thousands of campgrounds not in national parks, but all those people don't count at all... screw those losers, right? poor people are so annoying
Why...oh WHY...do the manufacturers STILL put those UGLY window valance boxes in their rigs???? Ugh!! Flash me back to the 80s!! Regular curtains and roller shades are way better looking. STOP with the dust and bug collectors already😖😫
The ladder to the loft could be a book shelf. My spouse and I love to cook, you could keep cookbooks in that spot.
Great idea!
My first thought too. It's a "llelf!"
Almost everything is perfect, but would really appreciate if Jayco would do a full couch inside the slide instead of the small dinette.

I can only reference what’s on our site as well. Our team at 800-256-5196 can assist with getting figures though
@@JoshtheRVNerd thanks Josh I appreciate it.
I feel that the sink bowl you lose counter space
Sorry - are you referencing the front bathroom or??
With three sinks in the RV I'm just not sure which
How tall are you? Asking just to have better sense of space
6’1” flat footed
Roughly 6”3” with shoes and hat
Nope Josh, I think it's called a shadder, half shelf half ladder. Lol
ahahahahaha
I love this!!
I clicked the link, said nothing found
Footage is a bit early access. That will resolve with time. These are only just now starting to make landfall and we likely haven’t received any yet. Our team at 800-256-5196. Can assist you with estimates and figures though.
Would be great except for having to step so high into the shower tub combo.
Will my F 150 pull that? JK. LOL Very nice.
nope, you'll need to upgrade to an '86 4x2 Ranger, buddy...
Nice. Glad they are making these now. To big for me but I know families who have that adult child who camps with them.
This would be great if you're the granny and grandpa and have a kid who is married with kids.

Have you ever tried that link to see what you get?
I haven't.. now i'm afraid
Why...oh WHY...do the manufacturers STILL put those UGLY window valance boxes in their rigs???? Ugh!! Flash me back to the 80s!! Regular curtains and roller shades are way better looking. STOP with the dust and bug collectors already😖😫
