Love the new tire direction… because tires rolling forward is always better! Am I right? I’m right! 😂. Not a fan of having the spare mounted under the belly, but I’m an old fat dude. Lol
It has a lot of very nice features as always but the one that stood out the most to me, is the water bottle hook up to the refrigerator it's the little things like that, I look for in a RV thinking outside of the box.
We looked at this model at the Hershey RV show and we were really impressed with it!! Love love love the no carpet! I like the televator and whisper quiet ac. Tons of seating, so spacious!
I think maybe you misspoke about the propane? You said it doubled the propane capacity, but then you said it went from 2x60 lbs tanks (120 lbs total) to 3x40 lbs tanks (which is also 120 lbs total...) At 23:25
The 2023 Cedar Creek 377BH has this one beat. Why? First the sofa can be replaced in the office with a 73" desk for a full computer setup with a printer and multiple monitors. It has more storage space behind the TV in the Living Room and the ladder for the loft is built-in. Also, if you plan to have a washer and dryer, you can have a sided by side arrangement that takes no hanging space away.
I LOVE this. I wish I could afford something like this. The drinking water at the sink is awesome. Love the decor Josh and the office is perfect. Just LOVE this one.
Love my 20.5. Would like to find a wrecked 21 or 22 to get the bedroom slide from for more space. It's nice that Jayco is listening to what we want and do to our rigs. One thing you didn't mention is the security camera switch. We used to have to hack this to make the monitor port in the bedroom work but now it's just a switch.
Wow, nice looking unit and I really like your videos. Especially the comments about when your are towing the unit and how access might be altered when towing! Well done as always and your energy and enthusiasm is really appreciated. ‘Subscribed’ today :)
Don't like the vessel sink in the bathroom. Would like to see a cloth couch and love seat. In the mid bunk room would take out the bunk so the window isn't covered.
As you know I'm not a 5th wheel girl but after you showcased that Brinkley I've compared all other 5th wheels to that. So although nice the Brinkley still rates best in class.
Any idea how long till the larger tire package will come out? We have a big concern for safety and this one is almost there! Great job sir Josh really, great job!!!!
Great video, Josh! Love the comedy to keep it fun! I wasn't aware of Fajita Friday; gonna check that one out lol! Anyways, I am currently a Forest River guy because that's what I've always had. But seeing this Jayco really makes me think twice! What are your thoughts on the Forest River equivalent floorplan versus this guy? I think I'm going to at least go look at one of these before committing! Seems like Jayco puts a few more high end touches on this rig when compared to the FR. I'd like to order one of these with dual-pane windows and a third A/C if I decide to go this route. What are current build times like? Thanks again for taking the time to show us virtual shoppers this great rig!!
Forest river vs Jayco doesn’t have a direct answer because unlike Jayco which is one company with related products each forest river brand is a company to itself
@@JoshtheRVNerd yah I was hoping that jayco had a rear bunk with a island. I did see a bush’s rv out here in California. You were the first thing I thought when I seen the Bish plates
I could squeeze thru to the fridge. 😂 LOVE.all the over couch storage for all my books. The mid-bunk would be my audition taping room. I have to keep taking the one I have now up & down. Could use just a smidgen of counter for a coffee/breakfast bar. I know, we girls want everything. At least it had great hanging clothes space & stackable hookups!! All in all, a stellar 5th wheel home.
I love the versatility of the bunk room! I always thought the 5 gallon water jug was a waste UNTIL as you shared Josh that it also served the water and ice on the refrigerator. That's a big game changer!
My thoughts on a televator ... if there were some type of cabinet matching cover to protect the opening so potential spills can't compromise the TV, I would like a televator. Make something the size of the entire countertop that could just flip up and store behind the TV when it's in use. My 2 cents about that 😊.
Josh if I could suggest for any mid den or upper loft like this one, if you could go out of your way to mention if they each do or don't have air conditioning ducted to them and if the upper loft has any usb or power plugs. TY!
Thank you again. The exterior fold down steps are once again a deal breaker for us. Are there any comparable TT or 5th wheel options that we can get with nice aluminum steps that don't fold out?
Convection-microwave is a plus, as is the counter-top extension (which I believe I say everytime I see it 😄) and I always want as much storage as I can get.. I'm not a fan of cupholders in furniture, but that's just me, I suppose. The bunk room is terrific.
waaaaaaaa sad to see the 'dirty white' (aka french farmhouse circa 2005) cabinets are back for 2023, rather than clean white. Sigh. It' makes it look so dated... That said - jayco is the only manufacturer whose dark wood actually looks good!! Love those sultry tones.
Hey Nerd!! Great video as always. The only thing that puts me off about the Jayco Luxury (North Point and Pinnacle) is they still have the toe-wrecking kitchen slide. You would think with that kind of money, they would engineer it with flush floor slide to match the opposing slide. There are cheaper 5th wheels that can do it. Why can't Jayco. Just my opinion! Take care!! Peace!
We recently got this model year and I agree with you on the ability to not reach the fridge when traveling, however just bump the slide a little bit and you can get in. The televator TV set up is nice but it is too far back to see the TV if you are sitting on the couch. The folding butcher block is not level when open and cannot support much weight, it needs a folding leg. The clothes hamper is useless and takes up valuable storage space. Ours came with a retracting 42" TV in the pass through storage.
Great they are upgrading the tires! I've never had a blowout on an RV but I also don't want to. Bigger more robust tires help make me feel a bit safer on the road. I don't like where the spare tire is mounted. Road debris can tear up the sidewall of that spare when it's underbelly mounted. I pretty much like everything else about this one other than not having a downstairs half bath. Honestly I'd give up some storage space to have that half bath. Love the shower, the big oven, the bottled water fridge hookup, and sink hookup. That a really kool feature you don't normally see but should be in every RV. Thanks for all the great info Uncle Josh
I cant do those type of ladders. if they had a small staircase that would be ideal. And only a preference for me...instead of those bars in the bunk area...a half wall there to close it off so storage stuff cant be seen so much and kids could have a little more privacy. But this one is pretty sweet. Love that second room....
One area for improvement would be the ability to lock the inside cabinet in the office. I have been in a few and love them, but always felt like someone could open the cabinet from the hallway and if they wanted push the inside door and see inside the room. Probably super rare..but especially with kids...it's possible.
really like this one, still not crazy about the dirty white cabinets but not a deal breaker especially with so much good stuff going on with 5th wheel.
Hurt me Nerd, hurt me. I don't know how you are supposed to pick between this one and the Montana with the cobalt blue paint package you did recently, but I wish I had that problem. Love the drinking water system and that it goes to the ice maker in the freezer. Bonus room would be a craft/quilting room for the wife. We are weird, we like the queen bed with the side stands added. Trust me, I could deal with the road mode. Thanks for sharing that for sure. Jaywant is all I can say. Thanks Nerd!
Me likey! No travel access to fridge is negated by inverter power to the camp kitchen. Seems like that idea was a long time coming. We had a Kiwi 23B for years, and one of it's greatest assets was travel access to kitchen and bathroom. If I had to nitpick the North Point, it'd be the cheesy, Dodge Charger rip-off decal surrounding the taillights. It adds some faux contour to that slab of a back wall, but it just reeks of "wannabe". I like that the manufacturers are focusing on convenience and practicality and are forcing each other to up their respective games. Unfortunately that likely results in slightly higher "easy monthly payments". That being said, I don't think North Point buyers are exactly living paycheck to paycheck.
Does any manufacturer have a 5th wheel floorplan with a mid bunk where the slide out is more than 5 feet wide? I get the impression that every manufacturer takes a general floorplan and then just puts their own touches on things. Every mid bunk option I've found has a 5 foot slide out with a narrow sleeper sofa.
Hmm.. none that i can think of. Mid bunks are already such a long length concept expanding a slide (which makes the RV have to be longer) is tough Some production lines literally cant build longer RVs
We’ve been working remotely full-time from our 20.5 377RLBH and love it! The office is great, it’s roomy, comfy, easy to tow, and has great overall build quality. We’ve installed a powered (heated) bidet & SleepNumber bed, & Sonos for those creature comforts though. 😉
This would be a great couples camper, load it up with max solar & inverter. Plus washer & dryer Josh what’s going to be great is that Brinkley builds one that’ll top this one plus many others, even beyond. Josh what’s up with you getting choked with those thin hair balls😂😂😂😂. 👏👏👏👏job well done

This residential fridge with no solar and/or generator has virtually ZERO overnight off grid capability🙁A 12 volt fridge and a “standard” solar package would offer 100 times more versatility😕😕😕
@@JoshtheRVNerd A couple with an approximately 36 ft Windsport? motor home was next to us last week in our off grid NYS campground. It was their maiden voyage and maybe first night ever camping. Their noisy generator ran almost all day and several hours during the night, probably due to a residential fridge. It annoyed everyone around them but I’m sure they didn’t realize that their RV was virtually useless off grid. My comments are not intended to annoy you, I just want to make people aware that the choices that they make can have an incredible impact on how they intend to camp with their RVs👍
