- From the south we ride to mid Wales & the Cambrian Mountains. Picking up the trail through the Elan Valley, weaving through this beautiful yet under visited area. It's perhaps a somewhat unfamiliar route to motorcyclists as the Elan Valley is sandwiched between Snowdonia & the Brecon Beacons National Park. The track beside the river valley crosses bridges & dams whilst surrounded by beautiful scenery. Another bucket list motorbike ride!

Have been over the bridge on a train ,looks great going over on bike. Great roads no traffic
A beautiful under visited region in Wales the Elan Valley, I imagine it looks even better in the summer. Another great ride for bikers in the Cambrian mountains. Barmouth Bridge was certainly weird riding over the estuary 👍
Looking forward to doing the Elan Valley this Friday and hopefully it's dry 🤞🤣

Love the Elan Valley. I never had a drone when we went, regret that. Just means I'll have to go again to capture it.
Will have to take the RT over that bridge too, that's if it'll take it🤣🤣
It was a last day visit the Elan Valley, it must be even better in the Summer & it's said not to be overly visited. Yeah see if u can get your drone to track u through the valley, that'd be cool. I think I was dramatising it a bit riding over the wooden Barmouth bridge, would be a great thumbnail thought if it crashed through the wooden pedestrian part 🤣.

Thanks Capers, I'll be heading back to Wales when I get the chance. I'd recommend getting hold of the book I got some of the routes from called 'Bikers Britain' (2nd edition). I'll put a link for it & others in the description later for you although there appears to be a delay on delivery as I just ordered another to replace the one I lost. Yes I can definitely recommend riding across the Barmouth Bridge 👍
