After watching 1985’s war film Come and See, I started hearing things but it was my PTSD being triggered after being so traumatised by the movie. Then I met Come and See’s Floyra 2 weeks later, he told me what the hearing noises thing was and that’s when Floyra discovered the true colours of my Toy Story’s Woody so we decided to go to war with Woody not very long afterwards. It has been an incredible 6 months with Floyra and now Alex from the Final Destination series has just joined us in this war. The sooner the 3 of us get rid of Woody the better

HP1: Classic Warner logo, Harry's thunder shaped scar transitions to a HP logo in a thunderous background
HP2: Starting the cloud trend, golden metallic logos in a beautiful Sunset weather
HP3: Silver and stained WB logo and HP logo with each letter moving, the most unique and playful one IMO, just like the film itself, full of whimsical energy
HP4: Intense dramatic music, silver metallic WB logo reflecting Nagini, silver metallic HP logo in the sky, setting up the darker and more serious turn of the series
HP5: A darker version of HP2's intro with the stone WB and HP logos in dark weather, but a light shines through at the end. IMO the ugliest one but the blueprint for pretty much all the intros afterward
HP6: Silver WB and HP logo (can' say if it's stone or metallic) in a greyish background like an oil paint with Dumbledore's death theme setting up the tragic tone of the film, my personal favourite
HP7.1: Super dark background with few clouds, Silver metallic WB logo literally rusting away just like the wizarding world, dull silver HP logo
HP 7.2: Identical to HP7.1
FB1: Clean metallic WB and FB logo in a colour of mixed gold and silver, mild greyish background
FB2: No cloud in the background, just mysterious emptiness, dark gold WB and first Wizarding World logo, FB logo silver and in the clouds

Half-Blood Prince has the most turbulent sky, but that fits the theme of the film. The logos were always about foreshadowing the darkness to come. By the time Deathly Hallows rolls around, the sky is pitch-black, because we know the darkness is here to stay. Only in Deathly Hallows Part II do we see a refrain, as the sky brightens slightly - indicating that the end, for better or worse, is imminent.

I remember when me and my family were binge watching all the movies. Finally noticed how depressing the intros got as the story progressed..
I think that was the whole point of the series, it started good to depressing as we were all growing up. I already had Woody 3 years when part 2 released and I vividly remember watching the movie with him and I was only 9, back when Woody was totally normal; all the sudden in 2019, Saving private Ryan randomly came into my life and that’s when mine and Woodys close bond went downhill during those 5 years. If dad didn’t get the movie, Woody would still be normal today but the movie thought “Nah, she’s growing up now and she’ll love me at some point” the movie was darn right
5 years later, now Come and See (1985) and Final destination (2000) have roasted Woody just like Saving private Ryan (1998) just did. I love how my war movies always turn against him
Deathly Hallows part 1 title is my fav cause it’s honestly the most stressful and unsettling one. The screeching noises of Voldemort’s locket, growing more and more and building up your anxiety while it gets louder. And I also love how the Warner bros logo starts to rust, just like how the locket tears people apart in the inside (like how Ron grows increasingly antagonistic towards Harry and Hermoine) as well as the quiet Harry Potter theme starts to become distorted. What I love doing is watching the first 3 title cards, seeing how light hearted and fun they are and skipping to the deathly hallows part 1 title card. It just shows how much the movies started to mature over the years.

I loved them all but Deathly Hallows Part 2 made it like yeah this is the last Harry Potter movie you’ll ever see because the music made it so beautiful with emotions all over on how it’s Lilly’s theme and it was the conclusion.

Rest are okayyish.. I personally find all of these 4 equally great but if i'm picking one, then it has to be the Goblet of Fire one.

Voldemort finds the Elder Wand and now has absolute power, the power erupts into the sky and then Lily's Theme starts to play as the Dark Sky gives you that eerie sense of hopelessness and despair the Black tones of the WB logo and the film title truly showed the films had progressed to the Darkside, I had goosebumps man!
It all started with Lily's death.
Now the final battle with the Dark Lord begins, the fate of the Wizarding World is at stake.

EVOLUTION OF HARRY POTTER INTRO
The First One: So fun, So Nostalgic! And the logo is golden fits for the first film
The Second one: Much more quieter but fun! The golden logo slowly starts to fade away.
The third one: Everything change the ambiance, And the music was quiet in the first but in the last one fun, but the logo was white silver.
The 4th One: This is when shit gets real, The Music gets darker, The popular music of harry potter turns into a eerie and violin plays and thats when you feel something is coming.
The Fifth One: The warner bros logo slowly turned into rusty silver logo and theres whispers that voldemort is back and he's starting his move, The music was up and down, There was sound effects of somekind of bird it means its umbridge.
The 6th one: The warner bro logo started to slowly fade into much dark irony and you can hear the sadness of the music because of sirius death and slowly turned into the eerie music, But hope still in there, and hear bellatrix whispers means voldemort is in the lead.
The 7th one: This is when the final battle begins, It turned into a horror movie, The logo gets so dark and the clouds turned dark completely, You can hear scratches and voices means the end is near.
The Last One: The waner bro logo completely turned into rusty logo, The music is sad and depressing means that many will die from the order and in hogwarts.
The Fantastic beast intro: You can hear the harry potter dark music and slowly turned into a jingling bells and the where to find them logo is golden means its not that dark.

Series goes on, song volume goes lighter and theme goes darker

Mine favourite is Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire Music
HP1: Light Hearted, fresh beginning to a saga, iconic and full of light
HP2: Clouds appear, slightly darker and more adventurous, but still very light
HP3: Starting to see somewhat a shift in energy, darker, but very creative and upbeat in tone with a shining light
HP4: Really starting to see a shift into a much more darker tone, shit is about to get real in the series, Voldemort’s full return
HP5: Dark and depressing but a bit of light for optimism, very uncertain overall though
HP6: Getting very dark and depressing and deep. The end of Albus Dumbledore
HP7 Part 1: Very dark and serious, horror like and lots of urgency and adrenaline

Never really been that big in HP, but the one movie I loved watching constantly was Goblet of Fire. I personally believe it's because it has my favorite theme of all the movies, cause I get a wave of nostalgia listening to it.
These intros are fking epic and sick. Cooler than fking anime openings. Best movie intros of all time.

Something about the Deathly Hallows Part 2 intro. It’s deep and emotional because it’s literally the final stage, gives me chills and gave me chills in the theaters back when I was 11
The Half Blood Prince entire Intro scene is absolutely the darkest ever.
I think the Harry Potter entrance for the half blood Prince one I think that is heartbreaking same with the Harry Potter, and the deathly hallows part one and part two

You can tell that all the openings become eerie and depressing right after Cedric's death because the movies got darker. I just think that's a cool detail.
