100% agree, it's also true that knowing your camera allows you to take photos of things you havent shot before, a few weeks ago, coming back from a party in a trip we made to the coast there were fireworks so we stopped and I started taking photos, never shot fireworks before, but I got some really nice shots, because I knew the settings I had to use. BTW love these type of videos, really nice footage and I always learn something new. Keep it up!
100% agree, i recently went backpacking and spent a lot of time planning out shots and checking settings, and then I saw a nice reflection of a mountain in a small glacier melt while walking, took out my camera and snapped 1 photo without checking settings or composition, now it's one of my favorites of that trip. Same thing happend when we woke up above the cloudline and the early sunrise was casting a shadow from a mountain poking up through the clouds.
Same here, was on holiday in the US (I'm from the UK) and we stopped to see the sunset. Had the camera set up for sunset landscape, but when an old semi came past I took some shots, and they're some of my favourites
can you recommend me a camera set, including lens for $1500usd, i'm 15 years and would like to start photography as a passion and then carry it on professionally, i am currently looking at the Canon R7 ( with variable apreture kit lens 18-150) or the sony a7 iii with the f4 24-70 i would really appreciate any recommendations and tips you have to offer.
How do you fit R7 or A7iii with a f4 lens under 1500 USD? Get a cheaper body and a better lens, if you are looking into APS-C. I'd recommend getting a R50 for your budget (EOS R50 w/RF-S18-45mm + RF-S55-210mm) + you can get a 50mm 1.8 for some portrait action.
Help anothony! Im 13 and i love photogrhapy and ive been trying to find a great camera for photo and vidio for under 300!!!!! For over a year! But i honestly am loosing hope so please let me know what i should do or buy!
Honestly with that budget you won't find a decent camera but if you could save up for a used 250d and a sigma 17-50mm f2.8 on ebay you would be set as a hobbyist
Sometimes the best photos, are the ones you least expect! Have a great weekend! 😊

I haven't taken any best photos
