Okay, so crazy thing just happened. I love to paint, albeit infrequently, and I wrote some intentions about reconciliation before starting this because I've been praying a lot about my relationship lately. I stopped this video at 22:22 because I was feeling stressed out and needed a minute. Weird. I looked up this number and it's about staying patient and keeping the faith because everything is going to work out favorably. I am also the 69th comment (nice) which is a personal synchronicity for me representing yin and yang. I CANNOT make this up. Thank you so much for this beautiful painting and for bringing a powerful message in my time of need. Love and light to you and yours!
My 1st time watching you paint. You had me totally at awwwww, the best almost 2 hours I have ever spent watching someone paint. You spoke just when necessary. Thank you sooo much for sharing with us all.
This is so far the best tutorial I came across and really loved the way you constantly reassured to not fear to try and to go wrong. This is truly a very difficult painting to try but I am equally tempted to try it out. Wish me luck ☺️
Jane ...loved your painting n the way you taught to paint. Background music is very calm....thanks for this video. I tried to paint same...n its amazing...thanks again.
Such a BEAUTIFUL painting again!!!! ive painted a couple of budhas too already but love to watch and learn how you do it!!! Loads of Love from the netherlands xoxoxo Danielle
Jane, I watched when you first put this up, but was too scared lol. Well, I’ve got the gel medium now on the canvas and will be painting tomorrow! Hugs to you and will miss you through July! 💕
Manjit Kapri, meh lol. I didn’t get everything lined up correctly, so it’s a bit off kilter. One of my son’s wants it, so he spared me from throwing it out lol
@@bcask4 I love when we paint it and it turns out like garbage in our head but there is always someone there who appreciates it. In my house I got a lil bro who criticizes it more than me. He straight up says bro that shit looks garbage so fix this this and that and it instantly improves my painting. I did the skull one and man it turned out pretty good. You gotta have someone like that as a hard critic. Maybe have your children or your husband do it but I gotta say it does sting you a little bit though when someone says it's straight garbage.
Manjit Kapri lol well I normally can see the garbage in it before anyone else can lol. My husband is great about pointing things out that need fixing, but always kindly 😊
@@bcask4 well that's a good man you got. As a 19 year old I still have major insecurities when it's about my art. Check it out if you like :) #arte.nvy
So excited this is on my day off so I can watch live! Am starting your last one with window and flowers tonight 💜 Thank you so much for taking your time to teach all of us; I credit you with giving myself permission to succeed and fail with the understanding that learning IS the journey 😊
I hope to see you there, Amy! I'm so happy to hear that you've given yourself that permission. It's so important, and can really help you learn everything you want to
Hi Jane, I don't have Indanthrene Blue. What would be a good alternative? It looks kinda purple on Amazon but in your painting it looks blue. Thanks for another beautiful painting!
This is amazing Jane...a beautiful, serene Buddha, with beautiful music, beautiful voiceover...must try this...Payne's Grey is one of my fav colors. Lots of love, Samantha from Italy! ❤🇮🇹👋 PS) is gel gloss medium same as matte except, its glossy?
Jane that gorgeous painting to the right of you in this video ... will you be doing a tutorial for that one ?? ive tried to follow the time lapse ... I can't :(
Im stationed overseas and was wondering if there is any medium that could do the same thing as the gel if I cant get my hands on it. Like maybe mixing glue or mod podge with water?
HIII got another question...i see in yr video one of your paintings (on the right side..the 2 faces) are you or did you already had or have a step-to-step video of it?? I love it!!!!! xoxoxo Danielle
Hi Jane, Thank you so much for sharing your amazing talent and tutorial. You are an inspiration to me. Do you think this could be done in watercolor? If so, I was thinking of using gesso for texture. Also, my lack of knowledge on acrylic, make me hesitant on using this medium. Any suggestions for help to overcome my fear of acrylic.
The best way to get over your fear is to just jump in and try it! The only way you get the knowledge is through experience. Just go for it! There's nothing to be afraid of!
Jane. I noticed on Fb that you were doing a class. And got super excited to see you!. But none of the tickets were working to buy. I have a large group of ladies who would love to attend. Just wondering if there is any openings.
Hi, friend! No, I don't have any places available. The class is a 12 week long developmental thing. I'll be doing another later in the year, but just so you're aware, it's about technique and color theory, etc, and not focused on creating a painting 😊
Un saludo muy cordial y espero se encuentre muy bien quisiera decirle que hice este cuadro y me quedó hermoso ❤️!! Muchas gracias tiene Instagram? Cómo la sigo . Bendiciones
