The most amazing thing that no one is talking about is that you can partner-up with allies. Link and Sidon were fighting together and there was a shot of Link in the world together with those villagers and the Goron, Boldon.
You two look so excited while watching the trailer and its awesome to have a friendship like that. As a zelda player, I can point out some key facts of the trailer that'll get you and the viewers pumped up! 1), The strange elf girl that we saw in a quick shot is probably zelda. With similar earrings, dotts under the eyes, same eye colour, eyelashes, headpiece, hair colour, perhaps that ''seed'' she was holding lets her possess her. 2) When zelda was falling, a slight glow was with her when she fell. Later when Link stands in the sanctorium, it has the same yellow glow. I believe Zelda is in a spirit world as she's seen in a place when that werid guy says "Zelda, we count on your knight" that looks like the sanctorium. So perhaps theres almost a "upside - down" of the castle. 3) The seed she's holding is very similar to the symbol of the sages. Sidon, Zelda, Rijuu, and more companions of Link have seeds. In previous games including lore and Zonai, or, in twilight sword for example, those seeds are the seeds of the sages. And since Link's companions were both holding a seed and helping Link fight, they most likely are the newer sages. 4) The dragon is from a different Zelda game which I can't remember the name of. 5) F R O S T S P I D E E R R 6) In the very beginning you can see a WHITE spiral in different places. In recent leaks of the game, they are almost like shrines but it has a different icon. From my guess, its probably a place you can teleport to, and it turns green if there'se something in it. *ESTIMATE*

Pretty sure you cannot have Ganondorf without demise since he is the LITERAL embodiment of him. Demise is evil reincarnation.... therefore he lives in Ganon. And we have fought demise and his long red locks before in Skyward sword

I thought the tears might be like a power up effectively. Zelda, using the power of one of the tears, could be able to fully unlock Hylia's power within her, and Ganondorf might be able to unlock Demise's power within him. There's this one shot in the trailer where we see someone from the back that looks VERY close to how Demise looks in Skyward Sword.
Yup Looks like hylia and demise. Someone theorized that Skyward sword, breath of the wild and tears of the kingdom are trifecta of triforce s attributes. The ouroboros from the title is to show it come full circle so we ll see the end of the loop with demise curse.

My current theory is that in trying to affect ganondorf, the mastersword must be reset, bringing fi back, and ganondorf reawakens demise in himself, and zelda becomes hylia again. Bringing the circle to a full close

I believe that after the Master Sword gets destroyed and once its rebuilt we will probably and hopefully see some Fi action again!, I'm inclined to believe that they did the Skyward Sword hd remaster to have the people that played BOTW learn about FI and the other aspects of that game to prepare them for TOTK, but then again just speculation, I cant wait for May 12th!

Skyward Sword, Breath of the Wild, and Tears of the Kingdom can be seen as three parts: Skyward shown as Power where Demise is supreme and centered, BotW where its based around Zelda with the blue motifs (Shieka tech) and linked to Wisdom, and this being the final centered around Courage and the major green motifs. The Master Sword is what sealed Demise away, and in art that has been shown the sword has been destroyed. With that, Demise would be set free which means that Ganondorf would be able to channel him. The horned creature/woman is most likely Zonai and might be a prophet of some sort of some high rank within them. The dark skinned woman we see briefly would be Hylia being channeled through Zelda, like you mentioned, creating a full circle effect where its Demise vs Hylia with the champion of time assisting in the defeat of him once more.
The "Zelda" you see with the earrings later on in the trailer also has the "Tear" that Zelda was holding in the first scene she is wearing those earrings while looking like herself. Its possible the "Tear" is how the goddess is either summoned using Zelda as a vessel or uses her powers directly seeing as how Zelda has always been a reincarnation of the goddess.

People are guessing time travel will be a thing, especially with Zelda having the sword but link as we see in other cutscene has it but Brocken. Plus the whole islands rising just like how things were in the beginning of the Zelda timeline in skyward sword. Also lots of characters seem to have tear looking jewels on there outfits. Anyways yeah this is looking amazing, beautiful trailer and a lot to see and be hype about. ❤
I guessing Demise might make an appearance after Ganon is defeated and take Zelda to his realm , opening up a 3rd game very similar to a Link to the Past or Ocarina of Time. Link must fight his way through the Dark world to rescue Zelda’s soul.
I think this is what happens in chronological order: 1. Master Sword (MS) gets broken. Zelda gets teleported to the Zonai for her own protection. 2. Link brings the MS to a temple up in the Sky Islands to get it fixed by the Constructs. The Constructs have multiple purposes. They defend the islands from all invaders. They tend to the island. They communicate with the Zonai. Constructs teleport the MS to the Zonai. If Link wants his MS fully repared before facing Ganon, he needs to go to all the temples to get a certain item to give to the Constructs/Zonai. They will fix it, give it to Zelda, and she will send it to the Great Deku Tree. 3. That's where we see Link picking up the MS again.

We saw what Zelda could look like without her mortal body and just be Hylia. I think Link will get a similar upgrade (towards the end of the game, he and his MS will change)
Getting big Twilight Princess Link and Illyia romance vibes out of Link and Zelda here. We gain all her memories back in BoTW only for her to lose them all in ToTK. That's a pretty great emotiona hook, actually.
Particularly for certain videos like reaction videos, it's probably better to put ads you want to flash at the beginning and ending rather than randomly through the actual video. It detracts in a negative way. If it made me feel a bit annoyed, I imagine many others also would.
