People not enjoying the music and leaving a dislike is not a stab at the NHS. Personally I do enjoy the tune but being outraged at people who don't is pointless.

By my reckoning, that's about 1.4% of the total number. That's a pretty feeble number of sourpuss grouches compared to appreciative listeners. 😊
