- In this video, I teach five ways that will help you to keep your hands up for Boxing, Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts - Striking Arts in general.
Use one or all of the drills demonstrated in this video as an addition to your training sessions and never worry about your hands dropping for no reason, the next time you spar!

I’m very cautious about keeping my hands up during actual sparring but when training I notice I drop my back hand a lot. So think it’s time to do some of these fire drills

Yeah. I just looked at some film I took today of me sparring I'm going to get killed one of these days.
i constantly drop my hands in sparring (sports karate) and it’s literally the only way ppl get points on me. im free real estate.
I've trained many students which were previous sports karate practitioners and have used these drills to help them with their boxing guard successfully. I'm sure these will help you as well.

You obviously know nothing about Fighting bro, boxing is one of the oldest fighting arts, it’s the ONLY martial art that relies on your two best weapons, so therefore ANYTHING in Boxing CAN be translated into any other Striking martial art, Bruce lee studied boxing, Dominick Cruz did, Anderson Silva did, LOOK up Samart Payakaroon he fought like Ali(a boxer) in MUAY THAI, look up Ramon Dekkers, he fought like Tyson IN MUAY THAI! YOU CAN DUCK IN MUAY THAI just don’t stand there and get kicked like a dumbass, simple as that
