So I've decided to name my last 5 B3313 related videos "Final Five". They're essentially videos where I just wander around the plexus and talk about areas that I encounter. As you can tell, I didn't have any plan for this video, but I ended up naming it "Showcasing some obscurities" because that is mostly what I did in this video. Anyways hope you enjoy. I also have some non-commentated ones planned, which won't be part of the "final five" series.... Kinda contradicts the whole purpose of them, but whatever.

It is doable if you try to keep track of most of the levels you already know in your head. I was able to get that far too without using any of the star charts. Granted, after you get so far, you will need to use the wiki to find areas you might be missing to find more levels but it’s not impossible.
I already knew most areas from 0.9, and they barely changed with 1.0. Also Chris helped me a little with some of the more obscure areas (one of which I'll be showing off next time :D)
Quick little correction! The music playing in Shadow Forest and Mips' forest is called 'Diminished Faces', not anomaly. Anomaly is the soundtrack that plays in Toad's Rec room.
the texture saying F*** actually exists out of bounds in MANY maps in this game. you see a lot of them by clipping your camera through the wall while zoomed in. there could be one in every map, i don't know.
14:01 I’ve always preferred Jolly Roger, feels more fleshed out and atmospheric. I’ve always found it to be a more prominent stage, which is why I think its weird the music title is “Dire, Dire Docks” instead.
I agree with that. The music is actually titled "Water", but people on youtube just refer to it as Dire Dire Docks, just like Lethal Lava Land's music theme is called "Fire Bubble".
Has anyone experienced entering the castle and when entering the door which you came in is blocked by bricks and there's only one door leading to a beta version of whomps fortress? When you collect the star is transports you to a creepier version of whomps fortress and gives you a 1 minute timeline? I haven't seen it again but it definitely was weird
That area is called lobby.z64 (beta), which you enter by chance when you go through the front door in the castle. It's also the only way to get to mt.z64, which is the area before wf.z64 (the one with the timer).
@@chaos00819 There is a red star on top of the fortress. Do a sideflip followed by a wallkick while hugging the wall, and it should spawn the star and stop the timer.
Some of the reason you were having issues with Save States is because when you load state it goes to the RNG it was before. So if you save and enter the door on frame 10, load and enter the door on frame 10 it will always have the exact same outcome. So typically after 2-3 attempts you want to load, wait a moment, save, then try 2-3 times again. It can vary based on how the game's RNG works such as seeds only being called and advancing when you do certain actions but in general you need to make a new save every few attempts to avoid getting repeat rolls and compensate for the fact that with the reasonable attempt window there may be a 0% chance of getting an event.
I've messed with saves a bunch myself and figured this was how it worked, but I find that usually the minutia in how one might move is enough to essentially "reroll" the rng by itself. Interesting to know though
Interesting. I thought the "rolling of the RNG" happened the moment when you entered the painting, completely unaffected by circumstances outside of entering the painting or door.
If you're not playing on an earlier 1.0 build, you might've collected the dupe red star in WF.Z64, which you enter by chance in Beta Lobby B. That's what happened to me at least.
There is another FUCK texture somewhere. I think it's either the beta lobby with all the doors gone except for one which leads to Dark Whomps Fortress, or the yellow vanilla lobby. Anyway if you press up against one of the walls and C-UP you can find a big ole fuck just hanging out in the void.

@@chaos00819 If you collect all the red stars, you get to go to the "ending". If you collect all stars, Nothing happens as far as I know.

When i was collecting red stars i had one missing even though i got every single red star on the wiki. Did I. Miss something?
