350華氏180攝氏7分鐘, 掃蜜糖水, 反轉350華氏180攝氏7分鐘, 掃蜜糖水, 最後400華氏200攝氏2-3分鐘
合共16-17分鐘

@@OurLittlePantry this method is so easy and your voice is so pleasant! I used air fryer 9" round liner on top and placed baking lining sheet at the bottom or omit it thus much easier to handle. Thank you for your sharing! Wonderful recipe!
肉塊在入汽炸鍋之前,先用部份邊剪走牛油紙! 牛油紙就不會吹到捲起了!越薄越好食! 但不要焗太耐!
请问可以用石纸代替油纸吗?
不用放紙試過嗎?應該効果更好更放便。雖然我是猜的、用最低度風乾後再broil便有咬勁嗎。
