these are incredible tutorials, done right. Took me a week to learn chicken shack, even if it needs a little polishing up. That comes with attention to detail and time, but still. Best tutorials bar none if you ask me.
@Alex Pineiro 😊😊😊 thank you so much for this lovely feedback 😊 I’m really pleased you’re enjoying the tutorials 😊 well done learning Chicken Shack in a week , that’s amazing 👏👏🎹❤️🎹
Ah ha I know where I'm going wrong now after watching your hands on the twiddly bits. It's absolutely brilliant to be able to rewatch this back. Thank you so much for this amazing tutorial. It's such a huuuuge help. 🥰🎶🎹
These are so much fun. I've been a big fan of Arthur for a long time and have slowly worked through most of his lick tutorials over the last few years. Its really nice having these pre-planned ways to put them together to help progress a bit more. I feel like I had stagnated just messing around playing the licks in random orders for quite awhile, This and chicken shack have been a nice way to challenge myself and get a bit more focused.
@Robertlavinge1 that’s brilliant that you’re finding the tutorials such fun and challenging 😀😀😀 thanks for the lovely feedback 😁 Arthur is brilliant isn’t he , I’m his no1 fan 😁🎹❤️🎹
My rhythm & timing are better watching and practicing your tutorials. I slow the speed down, use the sheet music and play along with you as well! thank you so much :-)
Brilliant!! I dad piano lessons for about 3 year's and was doing ok when unfortunately I suffered a stroke and forgot absolutely everything I learnt and had to start again from scratch. That was about 5 years ago. I'm improving slowly and want to try boogie woogie but i still struggle with my left hand .
This is great! These are the first two licks in Arthur's book and they fit together so well. I'm at the stage where I'm still worrying about fingers and lack the confidence to experiment, but these demonstrations inspire me to try new things. Thanks for the lessons (especially the half-speed bits which are really helpful!)
@dal oki 😀 I’m so pleased you’re finding the videos helpful 😊 those licks sound great together don’t they 😎 they’re my favourites 🥰These are the fingerings that Arthur taught me and they do work well so give them a go and hopefully they’ll suit your hands too 😊😊 thanks for the great feedback and thanks for watching 🎹❤️🎹
