Because I am not a professional and my opinions CANNOT be trusted I am going to have to say I love R'Bonney's gown the most because of my countries win and I love Rian Fernandez's gowns as well. I also LOVED her preliminary gown. Ok now I can easily say I will ALWAYS love the iconic Gucci gown that Miss Japan won for her crowning. Not a bead in site she came out and I thought to myself I think she is going to win. It was very much a moment in Miss Universe history. AND she made history again for her final walk in a tuxedo! Loved her for that! I also loved Miss Puerto Rico's first runner up gown to Natalie in 2005. Miss Japan in 2021 was breathtaking in her gown and I thought it was the ultimate in haute couture and of course Miss Thailand in 2016 was truly breathtaking. Going way back when Miss Canada Karen Baldwin was crowned in 1982 in a beautiful black gown that I still remember to this day. I have an idea for your next video. How about the most unusual Miss Universe competition gowns in recent history. That might be fun right? I remember Miss Singapore in a breathtaking pink haute couture gown with amazing almost origami fabric folds and an amazing train. That might be fun right? This is an awesome list. I agree with Thailand as number 1, her gown is amazing! I think Chalita had one of the best wardrobe of any Miss Thailand ever! I also love Indonesia's gown. It was so beautiful! And Italy's Ariana David was a showstopper! That gown has become iconic! 2007 is also one of my favorite years at Miss Universe and it's amazing to see 3 of the Top 15 wore black, I'm just surprised Riyo Mori's gown is not in the list hehe. And finally KURARA CHIBANA! goodness I fell in love with her in 2006. I remember the Pinoy audience supported her that night in LA after Lia Ramos failed to make the cut. Kurara received thunderous cheers from the Pinoys that year! And her gown is definitely my most favorite black gown ever!
