10 instantly reminded me of Catriona's gown and when I saw from what year of Miss U she was, it made sense. Cat's gown is so unique and made such a huge impact to pageant fans so creating dresses that will remind people of it especially when it's still fresh in everyone's mind is never a good idea. I love the design of 8 and I would have placed it higher on the list. Not a fan of Jamaica's gown but red suits her. She's so gorgeous! Def agree with top 3
