This shows why America is still great, here in Australia we only get the Rep V Dem hate news which makes it seem that the USA is about to melt down but videos like this give me heart.

Happy as long as shes not confronted with people who don’t understand real Mexican food apparently.

The very beginning of the video is a perfect example of when someone just simply doesn’t understand something because they’re ignorant and the other person interprets it as a personal attack

I love Claudette's content. I find it to be very informative and interesting. However, I have to say... 0:27 it's not racist, it's ignorant.

I’m glad she grew up and matured. Her attitude was atrocious in many show, I guess until she won. She seems like a great cook but her hater vibes really showed, the way she threw people under the bus, totally unnecessary, glad to see she’s changed!

The intro immediately brought me back to how I schooled my co-workers on Barbecue originating from Mexico and American Barbecue being an adaptation of such stolen from the Slaves

We love lamb dishes, had barbacoa in Mexico a couple months ago, it was absolutely delicious and was looking for for a recipe. Found yours and couldn't make it past the intro with the indoctrinated focus on racism. You lost me.

In other words, you want to hear someone else's story.
