    My husband is interested in making cheddar so I am definitely sending him this video. I love how detailed you are with each steps. I also appreciate the recommendations on tools. The way you make cubes is so fun! And good idea for the stickie note on the oven. Great way to use the space.

    Why do youuse so much culture with raw milk? Im new to cheesemaking

      I just follow the recipe for whichever cheese I'm making, for quantities of culture or rennet etc. Definitely get a good cheese book if you're just starting. I love the one I use 😊
