Here in Canada we were first able to view your shows on Magnolia last summer, and I watched both Season 1 and 2 with renewed interest! How refreshing to have someone with style, class, and attention to detail - all on a level that the average person can relate to. Season 3 has not been available for viewing here for some reason, so I am thankful for UA-cam and any other way that I can view your accomplishments. I just picked out that same exact sink and have quartzite apron in a very similar color as the countertops featured here! Made me feel so much better about my choices. If you love it I must be doing something right:)

Gorgeous. Not a fan of those dining chairs at all… However love the rest of the project. I also think the hardware handles you use in the coffee bar on the lower cupboards is a little bit too industrial and doesn’t quite fit the rest of the feel of the house. Love the kitchen. The bunk room is just gorgeous. I love it ! I think the primary bedroom lamps are too big that area just looks a bit too cramped. I think the wood backing in the primary bathroom is just too much. I would’ve swapped that out for a tile wall.

Very nice but boring. The only room I really like is the bunk room. I don't like everything being beige and brown.
