There are things I like but there were a lot of design flaws. I don’t really get the kitchen situation. The main kitchen isn’t really for working in and the hob is miles from the oven (trying to watch oven and hob food simultaneously would be a pain as would transferring food from one to the other). The dining area is too small for larger parties despite having plenty of space. As this is a new build why not just make the kitchen area in the main room a proper dining room with a much bigger table, and then a separate kitchen. That would also preserve the sitting room furniture from kitchen smells and grease. Orangeries ime are either too hot or too cold and in the summer they brutally bright and hot. They’re very popular in the UK BUT everyone has learnt that you need a lot more brick to make them bearable. Underfloor heating isn’t enough. Or - only use them for plants and occasional seating. I can see this house is exciting to Americans from the comments but it looks like an awful lot of English houses that are genuinely not fake old with better layouts. So bit of a disappointment.

I sure wish you’d give the color you used in the kitchen. Love it!

Absolutely breathtaking! The details in every space are perfect and thoughtfully paired together. This is exactly the look we're going for in our Nashville renovation!

Wow. Stunning in everywhere way. Amazingly talented. I wish everyone could own a Lake House like this. But that’s not reality. But I’m happy for anyone who can make it happen. The memories made here will last a lifetime. And to do it all in such a beautiful home just adds to that experience.

A magnificent home!! I think the scope and scale of this project could feel unattainable for many to replicate, however my take away always is what elements can I recreate in my home, such as the interesting mix of metals, and the use of cafe curtains. In new builds, one can consider the elements that lend to the classically english feel of this home and incorporating those elements such as the use of moldings, inset cabinets and perhaps the addition of a butlers pantry.

The home is beautiful in every way. Calming, stunning, eye candy, classy, elegant, comforting. I've never seen a home that hits all points so well. And these women didn't show it. They presented it. What a pleasure to watch and absorb.

WOW!!! Chef's kiss! Simply in awe of the subtle mastery with which these two endearing ladies design. Such warm cohesive design with a bit of a wow factor in every room. This home is the perfect example of thoughtful functional design combined with touches of luxury and classic charm. While most designers go over the top with ostentatious materials or teeter to the other side and play it safe, leaving us wondering where all the money went, these ladies strike the perfect balance between practical design and luxury. You can definitely see where the money went here, and it was obviously well worth it! Kudos to this dynamic design duo. If I were filthy rich, I would hire you in a heartbeat!!
