Your DNA is the key, IF you don't trash yourself on drugs and really bad food intake!! My grandmother on my father's side lived to be 99.6 years old. My mother's older sister lived to be 98, her next older sister lived to be 93, my mother lived to be 97. My sister is almost 87 (Nov), her husband is 92, my brother will be 85 Nov. I'll be 82 Dec 7th, and nobody exercises!! As a matter of fact my grandmother as well as my mother and myself, take a short nap everyday!!
