@@LetsTalkGoats blood test and DNA test done in the 90s shows that Kalahari red goats are definitely a breed all of their own. Please check this through boer goat registration office and and through Kalahari red goats registration office. Savannah goats however are a cousin to the boer, as of now that is what they believe. But the Kalahari red goats are definitely. ( A BREED OF THEIR OWN NO BOER GOAT GENES ANYWHERE IN THE KALAHARI RED GOATS. )

I do have a registered Fullblood abga buck. Any help from anyone will be appreciated. I am new to goats and looking for any help with my questions.
If you didn’t get reg papers with her and no tattoos really no way to get papers on her but you can breed her to your registered buck and register her kids at 50%

Here in the US Kalahari Reds are just Red Boer Bucks. But any Boer dairy cross would work great for meat

We just give a grass hay. Our does don’t get bred till they are around 18mo old.
You mean you just raise them on hay? No supplements whatsoever cuz they look pampered if you ask me!

Yes. It would be registered at 50% with dams pedigree listed. Just send in an application for registration.

No unless you get a registered buck then you could register the kids out of him at 50%
