      Hey bro, it will be captured in update set, so using this u can move dev to test and prod

      You just need to capture the changes in the update set thats it 🤓

      @@techwithpri Utterances will be moved to higher instance through update sets, will we need to manually click train model in higher instances? Or is that step not needed?

    when i trying to train my model it failed and showing like this "The system encountered an unexpected error and couldn't complete your request. Please contact your system administrator for help or try again". i configure NLU correctly and activate and also i create 2 intents under one model and try to train the model but its failed. how can i overcome this?

      The error seems like normal one..try after some time and check …also make sure the NLU is tagged with the topic..

      You can continue working that should not cause any problem..also make sure you select the correct NLU at first and then try to add intent and utterances 🤓

    How to train bot as connect to agent ?
    And using bot user can raise a request i mean that order a item so in this case is there having any oob topic block or we need to create new topic block

      I did not get you, so there are topic blocks available for creating incident or request based on the user inputs.

      Yes we have OOB topic block named as Request Catalog Item.
