Potato Salad with Tahini🥗| Eat and Shine ☀️

- Very nutritious and healthy recipe! With my favorite Salad Sauce! Goes delicious with your chicken and meat dishes✨
Ingredients:
5 Baby Potatoes
1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
Salt
Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Cucumbers
1/2 Red Onion
1 cup Beluga Lentils
Salad Sauce:
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Lemon Zest
2 tablespoons Grain Mustard
2 teaspoons Tahini
1 teaspoon Honey
1 tablespoon Dill
1 tablespoon Parsley
Steps:
Soak potatoes in salted water and dry them.
Transfer to a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Add salt, pepper, rosemary and olive oil and mix.
Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven.
Combine red onion, lentils, salad and potatoes in a bowl.
Mix the salad sauce and add it to salad.
Garnish with parsley and dill and serve.
