Ingredients:
2 Sweet Potatoes
1 cup Blueberries
2 Bananas
Mint Leaves
Date Caramel Sauce:
6 Dates
Cinnamon
1/2 cup Water
Steps:
Transfer sweet potatoes to an oven bag.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Transfer dates, water and cinnamon to blender and mix.
Transfer potatoes to plate and slit with a knife.
Mash potatoes. Place banana slices and blueberries over.
Drizzle with date caramel.
Garnish with mint leaves.

Great idea! But I have to warn you; the sugar levels are too high to have for a first meal. The glucose spike will hit the roof and that’s bad for your metabolism; and causes early aging through glycation. It ages your organs internally and your skin externally (wrinkles)
