Samsung is probably the better phone but there are people out there that would prefer the iphone.
Anthony Kun yup. I like any phone that will last me good. Ive had 2 samsungs and they sucked ass for some reason, performance good but battery life sucked. Id set it in super power save mode and the 5-7 models would lose 20% battery at night. So i traded the phone for iphone again lol

Yes now is the perfect time to switch away from S7 edge. The phone has been so good that you didn't need to upgrade to S8 or S9 but this S10 is something new and will sadly probably be the last of the S series with a headphone jack
I can't decide between the s10e and the regular s10. I love the flat screen and price of the s10e but I also like the three cameras and more resolution screen of the s10.

I recently went from a s10e to a s10 plus and I regret it but sometimes I prefer the e. The plus is a bit too big and I just don't know at this point

Lol, Anti-Apple people still dont understand why Apple users stay with Apple. It has nothing to do with innovations. Samsung could come out with a phone with 6k screen and it wouldnt matter. Its all about marketing, but most importantly. IOS. Thats why i left Galaxy after the S4. IOS just works more smoothly and effortly. Sure the customization was kool, but IOS just kills Android. Trust me unless Android software changes, Apple will still be on top. Not any phone, or foldable phone, or any innovation will change

As much as I love the smoothness of iOS there is no way in hell I would pay 1 grand for that. Other than that smoothness which has been dramatically improved with one ui, the new samsung phones have so much technology packing all on top of android and under 1000 USD. This is why I won't ever spend 1k for an iPhone. I still like them but they are objectively not worth the price for the upgrades compared to Samsung's.

Dislikes:
It's way too expensive, the entry S10E costs basically £700.. only £100 less than last year's top version S9 plus. It's hard to justify throwing £700-900 at something that will be worth £300 in 12 months.
The camera design, made worse on the S10E by trying to make the centre colour match the phone. At least the bigger models have black cameras. A vertical design with a gold accent like the Galaxy A8S looks so much nicer.
In a way I wish the single hole punch was central. The dual one makes sense being at the side.
The phone doesn't have even bezels, the OCD in me can't accept that. Make the top match the bottom!
In reality I need to see these and experience them in person first, I'll hold my opinions until I've used one.

@Lita Zote I'm an Android user but that's a silly comment. Apple are like Audi, they can keep the price high. Samsung are more like Mazda, nice but lose value fast. For example.
Galaxy S9+ new - £800
12 month later pre owned - £300
iPhone X new - £999
12 month later pre owned - £750
So if you "waste" your money on the expensive iPhone after 1 year you will only lose a small amount. If you buy Samsung for high prices you will lose lots.
The S8 was the same and the S7 and the S6... All of the range, start high, end low. But iPhone stay expensive which is good for the consumer because when you upgrade you get more money back.
S8/Note8/S9/Note9 had uneven bezels as well.

Wonderful Samsung Galaxy S10 preview, I like the stats written on the screen. I like the Samsung Galaxy S10 large memory, GB and SD card slot. I like the S10 three cameras, one regular, telephoto and wide angle. I like the S10 headphone jack. the fingerprint recognition in the screen is very cool.

4 months back I sold my S8 Plus for Rs 25000 and purchased a used S9 Plus for Rs 32000. For just Rs 7000 I upgraded. I am wondering if I should sell my S9 plus and get a new S10 plus or not. I really don't mind the S9 Plus and can easily use it for another year.
The biggest disappointment is 15W charger...S10+ will get around 32% charge in 30 min....mate 20 pro gets to 68% in 30 min with bigger battery...even oneplus 6t gets to 53% in 30 min...samsung seriously needs to improve fast charging
