You actually still get the back button, home button, and recent button, if enabled, not just the gestures. Samsung just gives the choice to do either of them.

There is no recording limit on the S10 and S10+. I'm not sure about the S10e though. At the unpacked event in NYC I checked out the S10 and S10+ and neither had a 4k 60fps time limit. The wider front camera module on the S10 5G is to fit a TOF sensor between the two cameras ;)
@@trp2413 Time of Flight sensor. It "shoots" out lazers and determines the time it takes for the lazer to return back to the sensor and then calculates the distance. It's pretty much what the iPhone has with the 3d facial scanning.
It's possible that they'd I'll include a time limit on the release model. My daughter ran out of space on her S6 recentley. We went through her phone to see what was worth her keeping (photos, videos and apps) and what was worth deleting.... she had nearly 8GB of blank videos on her phone where the camera had activated in her pocket or bag. For people like her, a time limit is a god send.

I use my haptic home button all the time. Sometimes the UI on the phone freezes and the home button doesn't do anything, but a hard press always works. That's a shame.

I got my S10 yesterday coming from S7 edge :) I don't like that my saved sign in and passwords were not transferred from my s7. Other than that it's a nice upgrade.
Finally upgrading from my s6 to the s10e(I can't stand the round edge on any phone) even though there isn't a damn thing wrong with it. No scratches or problems besides battery wigging out at around 15%. Had the phone 3 years with the original battery. Crazy how it's still going.

Beautiful device! Unfortunately, I'm gonna miss the haptic home button and the LED indicator - these are my two favorite features on the S8+ that I found when switching from my S4.
My favorite thing is the double tap to wake, just upgraded from the s7, which didn't have it, one of my favorite things I haven't seen since my HTC One m8, really useful when it's in the vent mounted holder in the car. 5* phone all day
Another thing he didn't mention S10e has Gorilla Glass 5 on rear and front glass while on the S10 and S10+ it has Gorilla Glass 6 on the front glass (not the the rear).
@@veritajenkins9457 No, its just what the type of glass called. I dont know a lot of things about smartphone screens, but most devices are made of Gorilla Glass, its just a more strong glass. It can survive a few drops and higher drops compare to regular glass.
3:25 I have a s7 and it has that sensor, and I think Samsung has that sensor from the s6 or 5 or before! And the sensor also can check your stress level
Love my canary yellow S10e, and it did come with a yellow case protector... I prefer the wideangle to telephoto. A lot more uses. Also comes with the headphone jack... thanks Samsung.
If you have a Gear VR headset, you can call Samsung and ask that they send you a new USB C adapter that will fit your Note 9 or S10. If the customer service rep doesn't recognize what you are asking for, then point them to the page on Samsung's website that states that a new adapter is needed, which also explicitly states that they will give you one for free. I would put a link to the page in the comments but I don't know if links are allowed in UA-cam comments.

Years ago I was with Rogers and had the iPhone 4. Very displeased with the phone and Rogers. I left Rogers, went the Virgin Mobile, got the Galaxy S4 and haven't looked back. Went Galaxy S4, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S8 and NOW Galaxy S10. This phone is awesome. It's beautiful. All I need now is a popsocket and Otterbox Defender because I work outside and I wanna feel confident that my phone is 100% safe in my pocket
It does come with a case, you can check other unboxing videos, actually I'm S9 user and it came with a case already last year I was surprised when opened the box cuz no one had told me dat.
My guess is that this is a subject to where you are in the would. In my region, it says the phone comes with a screen protector, no case. I can live with that, buing the LED case anyway. I´m in Scandinavia.

S10+ seems like a better deal for me because of vapor cooling system. $100 more for bigger battery and better cooling. I could care less about the front camera; i rather not have it at all, and I hope there will be that option of choice in the future.

Got my S10+ a week ago, with 512GB internal storage . I just put 3,000 songs on it. I plan to put 6,000 songs in total on it within the next few months . I'm obsessed with music, l love music❤🥰😁👍

You can turn off the gestures and turn back on the virtual buttons, you do this by going to Screen and then Navigationbar in settings.

Just got my s10 2days ago and after i used s10 from apple user saying goodbye to my iphone, and i love samsung now.

Android P gives you the option to have a home, back and apps button. You can use either the gestures or the buttons.

Years ago I was with Rogers and had the iPhone 4. Very displeased with the phone and Rogers.
I left Rogers, went the Virgin Mobile, got the Galaxy S4 and haven't looked back. Went Galaxy S4, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S8 and NOW Galaxy S10. This phone is awesome. It's beautiful. All I need now is a popsocket and Otterbox Defender because I work outside and I wanna feel confident that my phone is 100% safe in my pocket

It does come with a case, you can check other unboxing videos, actually I'm S9 user and it came with a case already last year I was surprised when opened the box cuz no one had told me dat.

My guess is that this is a subject to where you are in the would. In my region, it says the phone comes with a screen protector, no case. I can live with that, buing the LED case anyway. I´m in Scandinavia.

You can have it back by changing the gestures mode thingy from the settings :D
You can change that under settings>screen>navigation.
So you can choose it just as it was before the one ui update

My galaxy s10 plus didn't came with case....
Definitely more RAM than my laptop.
S10+ seems like a better deal for me because of vapor cooling system. $100 more for bigger battery and better cooling. I could care less about the front camera; i rather not have it at all, and I hope there will be that option of choice in the future.

Got my S10+ a week ago, with 512GB internal storage . I just put 3,000 songs on it. I plan to put 6,000 songs in total on it within the next few months . I'm obsessed with music, l love music❤🥰😁👍
