HOW TO SUBMIT THE STRONG MAN!

- A few years back at the grapplers quest I went against a very tough and strong opponent.
I took a look at the position that helped me secure the victory and broke it down for everyone too see.
Grappling against a compact strong grappler is hard to deal with. I weigh roughly around 165 and do not have much muscle on me.
I use mostly technique and leverage to secure victories against opponents that are stronger than I am. I have learned to use my body style to an advantage.
Here is one of the ways I battle through to get the victory. There is a clip at the end of the video showing the actual match.

Just got finished watching the 3 most recent videos from chewjitsu, then found this page. I'm like ''those looks like chewie's mats, wait, that looks like chewie, oh that is chewie''. Awesome channel! New sub. 6'3 180, finally found a channel which fits my style. 2 stipe white with a love for the sport. I can't wait to go through these videos. Thank you!

Just re-watching this video and I am having difficulty with my rolling partner I train with and he isn't that flexible,(we are working on his flexibility) is there a variation of this would work with him not being able to pull his guard higher?
My suggestion would be to keep a rubber guard and put one foot on the far hip. push and hip up a bit to remove their base from over their hips. this will help extend them and break down the posture. 2 stripe white belt so take the advice with a grain of salt. But it does work for me usually.
Or just transition to an omoplata.
