Hi Kasey, thanks for the video. I was wondering if there is any way to make the images in emails appear automatically, instead of having to click a button to do so. Thank you!
Hey Kasey, Your content is so helpful and useful. I have an issue that I cannot find answer anywhere. I have set up a flow for abandoned cart, series of 3 email. But customers get the first one, and the second one they are not getting, because they got email to confirm subscription. How can I solve this issue, I heard that I need to set somewhere the option single opt-in instead of double opt-in, but I don't know where. Can you help with this? :)
Outside of the dark mode aspect ;) , what do you think about white as a primary background in email newsletters? I feel like for a while that was the go-to background (especially behind text) and color was reserved for points of emphasis - but now I think that too much white can look very dated, basic, and skimmable. On the other hand, too much color can be visually overstimulating and white keeps it simple. What are your thoughts on that balance? thx :)
Hi Kasey. What should be the process if the customer have high OR but very few clicks and the product that client selling is for athlethes that should by every 2 months. I think their emails are much about the product but there is not story. Do you have experience with that kind of a product?
@@szambalamba hey, sorry, I wouldn’t be able to give a concrete answer without an actual audit of the account and understanding the product and the business. If the open rate is high but click rate is low, one or more things could be true: - a big portion of their audience is Apple users, and the majority of opens are automatic Apple privacy opens, so the opens seem higher than they actually are - a portion of their audience is unengaged - people are opening emails but the content is not engaging enough for people to actually click
Hi Kasey, It appears as if the promo code doesnt work. Is there another way to build HTML emails that can be used to send shopify confirmations and such? I currently use Klaviyo, but not sure I can send order confirmations and postage confirmations from there?
Good points on the CTA
