Im not this advanced is 3d printing but I always print at 100% in my custom rc creations and parts.. how did you get the gear so perfect in the first place in cad? do you have a scanner?
No, I found it online for free. The issue is that I work 60 hours a week, so I don’t have time to sit down and design things. However, I hope to start designing parts in the near future.

Layer adhesion is stronger on the X-axis than on the Y-axis.
