Mot fail that ..😂, the side play needs to be no more than 10 mm...
Shim washers will help and grease ..

@@Martysworkshop its funny spent most of my afternoon trying to hammer out a seized steer kingpin on a yutong bus to no avail as the company o work for are as tight as a ducks arse and won't invest in a hydraulic kingpin press or a manual 1 for that matter the upper bearing has worn out only the race remains no needle rollers bugger all space in the wheel arch to swing a sledge on the poxy thing it's looking like a oxy job not that I want to go down that route myself but when they wont get me a press there isn't mush else I can do. The kick of it is they ain't a tampered kingpin they have bolt in wedge of sorts and that was a cow to get out
