Do you have a port through the back dash to port the subwoofers into the car? If not maby try that and see if you get more dbs with the trunk closed. If not just leave your trunk open because it's loud that way.
Its not actually ported but theres some holes in the rear deck that helps a bit i might try it with the cover off so theres nothing blocking it see how it does
Its not a "Issue" for some people. Some of us like the trunk rattle believe it or not, and on top of that it's inevitable when you're pushing real power.
