I will turn 65 this Friday, and the fact that I often get mistaken for 40 does not hurt my feelings. I gifted myself breast augmentation for my 40th birthday. I started getting filler in my smile lines at 52. Sometime thereafter, I got veneers. In 2022, I got a full face lift and deep plane neck lift. Now, I get Botox across my forehead. I am vegan, but started this journey as a vegetarian in 1972. I have been working out religiously for the past 35 years. I have no problem investing in myself. Side note- The cost of your veneers was a steal. I got mine done in SoCal and it was $1,500 per tooth way back then. By the way, your efforts look marvelous. ❤

I just found out that a woman who sells a fitness and food program actually had weight loss surgery and never disclosed it. I completely agree with you that transparency is so important if you’re positioning yourself as a public influencer. It’s completely disheartening

I had an insecurity about my teeth all my life because we didn’t have dental insurance for the majority of my childhood and early adulthood. I hustled in my early 20s to fix cavities and got braces because my smile began to come between me and opportunities available to me at the time. The braces changed some of my facial structure as well. Fast forward to mid 30s after dealing with wisdom teeth, I got braces again because of an issue with my bite which can’t fully be fixed. I also have a loss of enamel and natural color change because of age and genetics. I have come to the conclusion that when I get the extra money up, I am rushing to get veneers because having a great smile is so important for me personally. Thank you for sharing your veneer journey, disclosing how to find a more affordable route for this process, and mentioning how dentist will act afterwards because this is never disclosed. This video is a game changer, I am glad I found you. Please keep up the good work.

I ended up getting a blephroplasty in 2019 and best decision I’ve ever made! I already get laser hair removal on my face and I’m investing in another set of Invisalign and eventually composite bonding. I’m thinking of getting my boobs done at the end of next year or so. @@serenasessing2356 Hey! A blepharoplasty is only to remove under eye fat. It does make your under eyes a bit hallow due to the fat removal. As for the dark circules there are certain treatments or cream that can help. Unfortunately, I don’t know the names . I would look it up or do a consultation with a plastic surgeon to see how they could help . Goodluck 💖

I will definitely give Alorna a try as I am a FNP-c too in occupational medicine though, and would love to support another black NP. That you for your good nature and honesty.
@@serenasessing2356 yes I did get my tear troughs filled, as my undereye area has a hollow appearance. It helped some, but didn't get the full affect that I was looking for. If you have hyperpigmentation in that area, then it might not meet your expectations. Make sure that you find someone that has alot of experience with tear trough filler, and go for a consult, be specific about what you hope to final result will be.
I definitely understand what you mean about looking at yourself more than the average person. When I was cheering in the NFL, being photographed and on tv made me hyper aware of my appearance. I’m interested in facial balancing, touching up my micro blading, and getting a few chemical peels. I’m definitely in my reinvention era!

Thank you so much for your transparency in this video. I had a HydraFacial this year and can attest that it's one of the best I've had as far as the results are concerned. I'm not yet at a place where I can afford them have them monthly and that's ok. I will however try to have them quarterly or bi-yearly, but the bigger goal is to reach a place financially to where I can afford to get them more regularly.

Thank you so much for your transparency in this video. I had a HydraFacial this year and can attest that it's one of the best I've had as far as the results are concerned. I'm not yet at a place where I can afford them have them monthly and that's ok. I will however try to have them quarterly or bi-yearly, but the bigger goal is to reach a place financially to where I can afford to get them more regularly.
I decided to go with Invisalign!! I’m so happy I went with it!! My teeth became so straight and white so fast!!! I feel way more confident ❤

I know for me im trying to better myself and because of my mental health my physical looks have suffered. I know that fixing my dental (braces, fill ins, etc) fixing my eyes so they can become even( covid related) and stretch marks and skin toning and thats about it 😅
