Trainer aircraft will not use a320.. Before Cessna aircraft... And after get traine from Cessna you will have to get type rated of a320 or whatever aircraft either from Boeing or airbus

Usually this is done after a significant maintenance work on the aircraft. Trainings for commercial jets (Type Rating) is not done on the aircraft itself, due to the enormous cost associated with it. Instead airliners use simulators for this which could replicate real life commercial flying to a great extent
@@_VoiceOfkapil but after they get slected as a pilot they go through Flight sim training , after that they train on a real flight they are selected on (in this case A319) for the period of 15 days after this they can fly the plane without an instructor.
