What a beautiful place. You managed to create some wonderful footage. Thank you for giving us an insight of a surreal landscape. Thank you for your efforts and time.
Snow in winter? What a novel concept. Here in the SF Bay Area of California, winter means the grass finally turns green. But at least I can feel the cold vicariously through you. Also, WOW. This is the kind of video you watch while sipping a nice hot cup of cocoa.
A very satisfying video. Your choice of music adds great atmosphere to the drone segments and photo reveals. Stunning to see those trees so weighted down with snow.
Wondrous! A grand experience. The drone footage was stunning. And ... I like the tips about using a tripod in deep snow. Never experienced anything that deep but it is a good thought to keep.
Sometimes you can hear a piece of music, see a painting or even a photograph, that is so beautiful it causes swathes of emotion from shear joy to wonder and awe. This entire video is one such piece of art. We see photographers on UA-cam and their images are amazing and their videos are informative and entertaining, which must take a massive amount of effort. However, this entire video is a beautiful piece of art in its own right, the images are definitely the icing on the cake. Thank you very much indeed for this one.
CUT! Had to stop the video and write this: Adam! You blew me away with the intro footage and audio! Are those your tracks on the left at time 1:03? Magical and astounding! Love the feeling of slowly drifting over the snow blanketed evergreen trees on high, steep mountain terrain. Stopped me in my vicarious tracks! Ok. Here we go! Resume video! 1:07.....!
Haha, good to hear, Rick! No the tracks in the intro are not mine, I didn't hike that far. That's the third summit that I have never actually hiked to, perhaps next time. Yep, it's rugged country that's for sure.
.... one more comment : thank you for sharing your thoughts on your compositions , your settings , etc . Have to say your VLOG is the most informative , and you have a pleasant and personal delivery , don't ever stop ! I WILL go there at some point while I can still get around , best bet for time of year ?
Love our Canadian winters. The images are marvellous and that opening drone footage is spectacular. Feels like I just received what I always want for Christmas -- snow. Cheers.
I could watch your aerial footage all day! So beautiful and serene. And that sunrise it was stunning. You are so blessed to be living in this part of the world. Wonderful vlog!
Beautiful pure white snow! Wish we had it now here in south of Sweden, but it´s only rain a heavy winds from Ireland and UK every day. You must be very lucky, living near all of those wonderful locations. Beautiful Images as always Adam!
Sixty bucks!!! Jeeze, I thought it was expensive in 1976.On that occasion I decided to hike up, following the route of the old (then) lift. The advantage then was that you only paid to go up. When you got up to the top station it was free to descend . That was in May/June time and boy was it hot. Again, great video Adam. Loved the drone footage and my fond memories of Vancouver and the Island. Alas, I haven't been back since 1979. Hey Ho! Anyway, keep up the good work.
Wowser, that place is incredible! I'm going to have to stop watching or I'm going to get jealous of all these epic locations ;-). Great images and beautiful footage.
Haha, thanks, Simon! The only problem is that now I have set the bar for myself and everything else from here on is going to be quite a bit more subdued.
WOW, this is an outstanding video. Lovely location and superb photography and cinematography. What would have made it more amazing would have been if you had photographed eagle on the tree @13 mins area at sunrise middle of the screen with the 70-200mm. Well worth a subscription for this amazing video 👍👍👍
Thanks, James! Actually, the two birds were Ravens, they hang out up there all the time, along with grey Jays. Ravens perched on snowy trees is not quite as majestic but there look splendid sometimes. Thanks again!
Well worth the overnight. It's nice that they let you stay. Some parks seem to frown on those of us that fly by the seat of our pants. The view with the city lights blew me away. The sculptural quality of the snow encasing the trees is amazing, and the light and shadow on the snow mounds is brilliant. Your drone footage is stunning as well.
Thank you, James! There are a number of small huts and cottages in the area so there are a few other cars parked. You're right though some parks don't let anyone stay overnight. I think as long as you're discrete, that's why a van is great.
In one word BEAUTIFUL especially the drone footage. I went to Lapland once (not drone and no camera with me) but those trees over there have the same if not more snow on them and with purple skies they are magnificent well done and also good of you to hike in the cold weather all the way up again the view must have been spectacular.
Thanks for the recommendation Adam, I thoroughly enjoyed this. I've never photographed in conditions anything like this - simply stunning. The snow on the trees alters their outline so much that they are almost unrecognisable. Brilliant stuff.
Adam, just found your channel last night and have watched a few of your videos. Look forward to watching the rest over time. I live just outside of Vernon, BC. Don’t we just live in a beautiful part of the world. I am so happy I found your channel as most people I follow are from other parts of the world and it’s nice to find someone vlogging areas I am more familiar with. Keep up the awesome work!👍🏻
Cheers, Dale! You live in an awesome part of the province. I agree I think Canada and BC in general, are underrated. Perhaps this is a good thing, keeps the riff-raff away, haha.
I don't live anywhere close to this mountain but I do live about an hour from the Adirondacks. I think it's time to head up this this winter and up my winter landscape photography game
Thanks! Yeah, the fog has been excellent, unfortunately, I haven't got out much to take advantage of it, perhaps tomorrow if it sticks around. Thanks again.

Thank you Adam for the inspiring video. The picture I like the best is the one at 10:47.
Love it. Great drone sequence at the start - I could watch that all day. I quite like that shot from the first evening - the trees against the whiteout. It has a nice lonely look to it :) And your second shot you show from the next morning - the snowy trees with the tree-covered peak and the blackness in the background… something about not seeing what is beyond in both of those shots is really enticing… at least thats how I see it! I’d have to say I reckon you’re one of the more underrated vloggers that I watch… I really enjoy your stuff :) Looks like your channel is growing faster and faster - well deserved!
Thanks again, Richard! a couple of the shots have grown on me,. I am sure you know how it is when you initially look at your images and are kind of disappointed because they don't quite capture the feelings from the day and then after some time has passed those same images begin to grow on you. Happens to me all the time. I did make the presentation, lol.
Adam, this is inspiring! I’m coming to Alberta and BC in a month to do photography and will vlog for my channel. Your videos were recommended to me and I’m so glad I came over. Great work. I’ll be following along. Thanks!

It was a thriller, haha thanks Mandy

Wondrous! A grand experience. The drone footage was stunning. And ... I like the tips about using a tripod in deep snow. Never experienced anything that deep but it is a good thought to keep.
Thanks, Glen! Drones can really add some epicness to a video. Might be a hard one to match ;-)

Thanks again. Seymour is a relatively easy place to access, even from the car park one can get good images.
Love our Canadian winters. The images are marvellous and that opening drone footage is spectacular. Feels like I just received what I always want for Christmas -- snow. Cheers.
When it does snow, Vancouver is often wet, wet, wet. When it's nice though it can be breathtaking. Thanks!
Absolutely Stunning! Great Video! Great Images!
Thanks, Billy!

Beautiful pure white snow! Wish we had it now here in south of Sweden, but it´s only rain a heavy winds from Ireland and UK every day.
You must be very lucky, living near all of those wonderful locations. Beautiful Images as always Adam!
Those blasted islands shoving all of their weather your way ;-) I am lucky to live in Canada, the weather is not always very cooperative though.

Hi Adam, just found your videos today and I love them! Regards from Ireland.

Excellent /rhythmic vertical montage.

Spectacular footage and images adam, one of my favourite videos👍🏻
Cool beans! of course since I took this video the weather has been warm and miserable, haha
Absolutely stunning Adam 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Nice video, and gorgeous photos. Thanks for the tripod tip, Adam.
Haha, yes don't forget to pull those darn tabs out.
It's ridiculous how stunning that looks. I miss visiting Canada. Sad to say I was not into photography then
Thanks, Chris! Perhaps another trip is in order?
Thanks for the recommendation Adam, I thoroughly enjoyed this. I've never photographed in conditions anything like this - simply stunning. The snow on the trees alters their outline so much that they are almost unrecognisable. Brilliant stuff.
Thanks for stopping by Chris! thought you might like that one, Cheers!

The Adirondacks are beautiful!
I just subscribed Adam, this is the second video i watched. You live in an fairytale. Great pictures, nice drone footage, good music, sympathic guy 👏
Thanks, Bentree!
Your drone shots made up for the lack of available shots due to lighting conditions. The photo at 10:47 is a real keeper!
Well done Adam!
Thanks, G C!
Beautiful. You've motivated me to head up there this winter. The fog we've had lately made your cityscape photographs extra special.
Thanks! Yeah, the fog has been excellent, unfortunately, I haven't got out much to take advantage of it, perhaps tomorrow if it sticks around. Thanks again.
Thank you Adam for the inspiring video. The picture I like the best is the one at 10:47.
