This will definitely help me, I'm always bending lead arm, this might do the trick, one observation though:
"Never let your elbow overtake wrist"
I'm sure you mean in backswing, your elbow does overtake wrist in downswing, as all pros, (it's actually what causes "laying the club back", (4:49-4:50)

This is me down to a tee - lead arm bends because of right arm - however I don’t over swing as I don’t think I turn my shoulders enough. Will go to nets and practice this as unfortunately our practice ground is shut!
100% the issue I have. My right elbow causes my left elbow to bend. Which, in turn, causes over swing on the back end.

Excellent video Alex on the "Magic" right arm move! I have been using this folding and unfolding of my right arm for a while now. This "Magic" move also produces a flat left wrist and a bent back right wrist which in turn contributes to the needed swing on the club you have in hand! Well Done Alex!

Alex, I'm left handed (and left hand dominant) but golf right handed. I've always been concerned that my right arm doesn't get involved in the golf swing as much as it should because of that. Do you have any thoughts on this?
Thank you Alex for this video. As always, very helpful. You’ve helped me drop 25 strokes since early spring 2023. I didn’t know how to swing a club. My issue now is consistency. Any tips on thinking (or not) during the swing? Example may be slow rhythmic count? What do people do? Thanks again!
